However if you're looking for excellent customer service, quality products, and blazing fast internet, chances are you aren't going to find it here.
I have actually been at this place twice because of the WiFi, the first visit was ok, the second time I waited at the counter for 5 minutes until someone serviced me, later on that day another lady waited for that long and eventually an employee asked her if she had been serviced. After telling her that she would be serviced the lady had to wait for another 2 minutes until she got fed up and left.
Right there before my eyes, I watched crappy service, at that point I realized that I wasn't biased and then had to write this review.
I guess you can say this is what you expect when you want cheap food and free WiFi, but I've been to the Tim Hortons on 7 mile and Evergreen, YES THAT'S IN DETROIT. And felt like I was serviced better behind a 1 1/2inch thick Plexiglas window.
This is not me being racist either, but there is a consistent demographic working here, I'm not sure if the "homogeneity" has caused a lack of care similar to inbreeding or if that's just the intense misery that working at Tim Hortons brings about. Either way they didn't look like they enjoyed the employment opportunity.
Thank you Tim Hortons corporate, however, for providing the free WiFi. If it weren't for that, how would I be able to submit this review?

P.S. Some guy called the cops because the service was so bad on the first visit. But that's a whole other cup of coffee ;)

Read moreUPDATE: 11-30-2018 Just visited this place. They messed up my boyfriends drink and they may as well have just left our bagel plain because there was hardly any cream cheese on it. So when we approached them they said that we complain about "EVERY LITTLE THING" as stated by Supervisor Pearl. She even asked why do we keep coming back. Well princess because we like the restaurant!! She refused to give us the name of the female that waited on us, stating they have name tags. GUESS WHAT PRINCESS DIDNT HAVE ONE ON!! These individuals have NO PLACE WORING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Oh did I mention THEY CALLED THE COPS ON US FOR SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT, IN OUR CAR!!!! They said they felt threatened because we complained about our bagel. PLEASE if you go to this store CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!!
There is a young lady who works here who, bless her heart, cant get an order right to save her life. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 ranch sandwiches, a smoothie, and a pumpkin iced capp. The girl charged us for 4 sandwiches first of all. So then her supervisor fixed that. Then we start to eat our sandwiches and there is just plain mayo on them, NOT RANCH. So we take them back up and now the supervisor says well do you want to just eat them and I'll give you a refund? Um, no. I want the sandwich I ordered!! We specifically requested that the supervisor make our sandwiches. This is the 2nd time they have messed my order up in a week. The first time I ordered 2 pumpkin spice iced capps. I got 2 Caramel ones without the caramel. IT WAS THE SAME GIRL WORKING. I love this store but I will turn and leave if I see her working. Read moreI will never visit nor spend a penny at this location ever. I was treated with the most disrespectful employees you could ever imagine. The manager needs to be fired immediately. I waited in a drive thru line for nearly 20mins. I got to the speaker and ordered 2 regular plain glazed donuts. The young lady asked did I want them regular or honey dip? I said plain regular. She says nothing. I pull up. I pulled up to the window 5mins later. The gentleman asks did you have 2 coffees? I go no. I ordered 2 regular plain glazed donuts. He says no one put it in did you still want the order? I go yes, I waited in line almost 30mins. He goes and bags it up. Th le employees are all talking amongst themselves in another language. I then hear someone say I asked her if she wanted honey dip. I go I said No I wanted just plain regular donuts. A big lady I am assuming the manager comes to the window pushes the young fellow, snatches the bag from him and proceeds to close the window in my face stating have a good day. If it weren't for anyone buying donuts she wouldn't even have a Job. I wouldn't recommend this lousy location to anyone especially if your just trying to go about your day without having someone causing more of a disruption because there obviously upset and brought there problems to work.
