Burger King — Restaurant in Hazle Township

Been to alot of Burger Kings...the very thin Manager I eould think came to help yhe girl at the register and I only one that one coupon worth of two Junior Whoppers and 2 fries for 399 and a small soda and I came in at 10:57 I said how could that be and she said you ordered cheese on that and I said well I don't want $4 cheese so the manager came over and she goes well you ordered two of them I said yes to Junior Whoppers to Fry's she kept trying to stop me as I was talking because she knew I guess what she wanted to say and was very rude finally we determine that the girl put into coupons worth which would be for Jenny La prison for French fries. I ended up with my order went to sit down it was the filthiest Burger King I have ever been in. Every table was dirty the trash cans were overflowing the floor had garbage all over it and when the people came out to look around the dining room they just picked up the extra trays that we're on the top of the overflowing garbage can. What are you trying to show the people was here Burger King there? I feel bad that we went in there and spend our money and couldn't even enjoy your meal because our tables were dirty and everything. Perhaps you don't even know what's going on in your own store. Thank you...

I stopped going to this particular Burger King location years ago and when I went today ith my father I was reminded why. My father loves whoppers, I'm not sure why when Wendy's is so much better!

Anyway. For starters the girl behind the counter said "How can I help you?" Then immediately answered the phone and started helping them, while we're standing there waiting. Finally we ordered. Then we got his food in a bag, I told her we wanted to eat there. She said "Sorry, we're not allowing anyone to dine in" i asked why, she said because we're cleaning. I asked why are you cleaning at 6pm when you close at 9pm? Didnt get an answer. in the meantime there was a woman sitting down and eating. Needless to say I was PO'ed. My Dad was essentially pulling me out of there because I was about to flip. Then the woman working tells the woman sitting that she has to leave, Noone is allowed to dine in. She said nobody told me that, they kicked her out anyway. This place is disgusting and I will never set foot...

Changing my review from 3 years ago from a 4 to a 1, which stated "Clean & Modern - No issues". Today, I showed up at 11 AM to get an early lunch for the family. No cars in the parking lot,, and there was a bum hanging around outside.. The place looked different from last tome I was here.. I went through the drive thru and they asked me for my order, and I told them I neeed a minute. 10 seconds later their pressuring me again for my order. I told them that their app wasn't responding, and the person told me that I was supposed to have my app code ready before I got into the drive thru. I told them to chill as there was no one behind me. They reminded me this a drive thru and I can't hold other vehicles. I told them again there wasn't anyone behind me, or even the restaurant for that matter. They told me I need to order now. I told them never mind and left. Not sure what their hurry was, but I took my $40...
