Burger King — Restaurant in Headland

Scared to eat the food now. Health score is 88. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and when we asked them to "hold one second please" they never acknowledged when we ordered. We pulled to the window to place our order. We sat there while a girl with no hair net and hair past her waist was leaned on the counter and her hair was all over the counter along with her behind. We sat there quite a while ....She finally looked up at us after a few minutes of sitting there texting and ignored us and walked to the back. She never came back??? The manager came to the window with an attitude after we waited and rudely asked if he could take our order as if he was bothered to have customers. THEY SEEMED VERY LAZY WONT BE BACK AND YOUR NEW MANAGEMENT APPARENTLY IS NOT HELPING... PLEASE CLOSE IT DOWN SO WE CAN GET A CAPTAIN D'S , SONIC,JACK'S, KRYSTAL'S ECT... This is the second HORRIBLE experience within the last few months. The last time I ordered on the app and they were out of over half of what I ordered so I told them just cancel it and refund my money no problem.... They lied to me and told me I would have to contact burger king to get my money back in a few days so I wasn't able to eat that night at all. IT WAS AGGRAVATING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF A REFUND DUE TO THEIR APPARENT LAZINESS OR INCOMPETENCE We couldn't eat it tonight either the chicken sandwich had a gross twang to it so maybe they did something to it because we are white??? I can't think of why they would ask us to pull up when there wasn't anyone behind us. Please close this down so someone who doesn't mind being kind and treating their guests like they actually want them there can take Burger King's place. You're wasting your money trying to stay open, due to the quality of workers you've hired continuously. I have some photos of the quality and amount of the food we received also... We probably had 12 french fries total between us. It's a shame because Headland is a great town with friendly locals and LITERALLY THOUSANDS of thru traffic that goes right by burger king daily. We should have followed our instincts and just pulled off when they ignored us. They don't have to worry about being bothered by us...

Pitiful. I am from Headland and I am embarrassed that this BK is in town. If you show up between 8 and 9pm they will always tell you that their system is down and can't take orders. As you drive past the window the employees are running around and goofing off inside. This has happened to me 3 times already. Today, I placed an order online. Got to the drive though and didn't get my food till 45 minutes later and they forgot a hamburger on the order. I also got Mozzarella sticks and didn't even get my marinara sauce. Food was cold and had to warm it up in the microwave when we got home. I am only 5 minutes away. As I was in line, most of the staff was outback smoking. Other cars were not getting service at the drive up and were leaving to go to Hardees. I was told to pull up and wait and one customer pulled up beside me after he was waiting for at least 20 minutes and told me that he paid and couldn't wait any longer. He said he lost $15 and just left and went to Hardees. The home office needs to fix this place and get better management. I like BK but this place is giving the company a really bad reputation. This was a horrible experience!! On Wednesday evening 11/27/24 at about 5:40pm ordered the number 1 value meal. Upon requesting no cheese, no onions or mayo at window guy smartly replies” you don’t get cheese unless you ask for it” very sarcastic. I explain nicely well I have experienced things not made correctly before that is why I was making sure order was correct. I get order and leave, I park to eat and while eating sandwich as pictures show below, while chewing fill a type of lump of something in my mouth and realized was not suppose to be on the sandwich!! So disgusting, immediately called my husband and he in return called police to file a complaint and pics were sent to Headland police department so they were made aware. I did not return to Burger King for refund because I was so heated it would not have ended nice for me at all. Thank God I chose peace.
