Ellianos Coffee — Restaurant in Headland

I stopped this afternoon for coffee and ordered 2 frozen drinks and a hot coffee. I had to repeat my order several times. I asked for no sugar in the coffee and it was so sweet I couldn’t drink the hot coffee. I handed it back and asked for a different cup of coffee. The next cup I got was cold I handed it back and told them to just forget it it took almost 10 minutes to get the incorrect order and I wasn’t goi g to wait any longer for a third cup of coffee that wasn’t right. I called back to speak to a manger and was informed that hit coffee was it possible with extra cream. I give this place 5 stars because I love it.I go there 2-3 times a week. I do have a little complaint about today's visit.I ordered the banana pudding freezer instead of my usual caramel freezer.It tasted great but was not like my usual freezers It was so soupy My whipped cream just sank into my suppose to do freezer.It was like there was no ice at all.I just wonder if it was s new trainer or something was wrong with the machine or is this the way the banana pudding freezer is suppose to be.I will just go back to my usual...but it did taste like...

I’m always excited when a new coffee place comes to town, so I couldn’t wait to try Elliano’s. First impressions were not good- I asked the barista what sugar free syrup options they had and she replied ‘it’s easier for you to tell me what you want. What are you looking for’. WRONG ANSWER! That is not how you treat a customer. She didn’t want to waste her breath. I was tempted to just leave and go to Bean Bro where everyone is always friendly and helpful.
