Hardee’s — Restaurant in Headland

In the last 2 months my visits to Hardee's have been terrible every time! The first time I ordered TWO breakfast combos with soda's, They only put ONE combo in the bag and tried to convince me that I ordered coffee. The second time, the Mello Yellow had no syrup so I ended up getting carbonated water. The third time I very clearly ordered my ALL of my burgers with no onions and every one of them had them anyway. And then there's today...me and my mother each ordered a $5 bag deal and an extra burger and drink for one of the kids, we should have had 3 double cheeseburgers, 1 chili dog, & 2 fries, what we got in our bag though was 1 double cheeseburger, 1 reg cheeseburger, & 2 fries. When I told the woman at the window that the order was wrong and that it was missing quite a bit one of the other employees hollered, "NO, it's all in the bag!" so we handed it back though the window. They took everything out one thing at a time and laid it all out on their counter (not where anyone's food should be just laying around) and then we were told it would be a minute for them to fix it. (no apology of course). The kicker was that when we got home we were still shorted one double cheeseburger and one of them was a single instead of a double. Needless to say, Im pretty sure they need to contact loss prevention because it seems like someone there is trying to steal food from customers and it's costing the company money to...

The food actually be okay only got burnt food once like burger and bacon but it’s the staff for me. Now it’s one really sweet lady in the morning working drive thru. Hunni going thru there the rest of the day is slam disappointing. Once a week I’ll take my children out, and they all will say we don’t want to eat Hardees they staff rush yu to order they are rude and talk to you disrespectful. It’s sad when your 10 & 9 say why are they talking to you like that 🤦🏾‍♀️ UPDATE::: so me and my children went for lunch today... seems to be a fairly new crew everyone was welcoming and helpful. My 4 yo was excited he said ma they finally got my burger right lol thank you...

So...been a while since I ate here. Thought I'd give them a try and welp still dissatisfied. We ordered here at lunchtime 12pm, there were no cars in front or behind of me, very little people inside.

They managed to give me the wrong food, and the food was cold. I live close enough that I should not have had to microwave food just purchased.

Opened the apple pies to vent(had to microwave them as well) and find out there is basically nothing in them.

This location along with two other fast food restaurants in close proximity are horrendous due to the incompetence of their employees 😑 sad sad sad. Wish I were the manager id let everyone go...
