managers name was Tyler L- when requested would not even return to the Table to speak after blatantly lying. Bartender proved to be Helpful when we had to get our own refills Worst experience i can ever have at a BWW. Waitress came. Got drinks and food order same time. Waited 45 minutes for food. (Kitchen supposedly busy) but yet food comes out by a different individual (assumed food runner) food was sat down. And left. No nothing. Absolutely cold. Stale. Tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp drying out for the 45 minutes wait. Asked for wedges and fries. Got 4 wedges and some trash burnt ends. A pinch. Literal pinch of dry rub. Waitress didnt return to the table until 38 minutes after the food was dropped off. For a total of 83 minutes with out a single check. When she came she says ill bring a box and a bill. Absolutely not. Manager seemed to be respectful. Offered to remove the food from the bill. Understandable. However nothing was done to address the original issue that the waitress has terrible time management. Table behind me was sat. Ordered. Boxed. Bill paid and out the door. Before she even came to the table. Absolutely 100% not how my Understandig of attentive staff is. Not sure if the quality of staff has declined that bad. Or if the fact that she just didnt give two craps about the guy in the corner. I come to this location often and 75% of the time service is decent and food atleast meets mediocre. The past 3 times. Absolutely horrible. Hence leaving this review. Not sure what or if anyone pays attention to these but man does this place needs some help. Bad. Management down needs some kind...

I am less than impressed and I didnt even get my order in the end. I ordered around 6:40 pm for approx $50. I arrived at the time it was said to be done which was around 7:20pm. Upon entering there was a large group standing waiting to be seated and tables were completely empty. One of the patrons exiting said good luck to me. There was maybe 4 tables sat and the bar. When i went to the register to pick up my order I was informed they had not started it yet and were unsure how long it would take. Due to having my children in the car I requested to see a manager as I needed at least somewhat of a time frame or I needed to cancel the order. They informed me it would be less than 10 mins for them to get the order. 4 other people walked in after me and spoke with the manager due to the same issue. 1 lady said she waited for her takout order for an hour and 45 mins past the promised time. After approx 30 mins I went back up asking and was informed they couldn't find my order and had not yet started it and were unable to provide an approx time the girl said "it could be 10 mins or 45 mins i dont know". At that time I requested to cancel the order. The manager did not come back out and had the girl take my name and last 4 digits of my card number to cancel the order. Im highly disappointed as I could have went elsewhere if they were just honest about the wait time when i first placed my order. I don't know what happened to this place but it's rough. Took my family in there for dinner tonight, got there about 6:40 and it was a ghost town. There were four other tables in there and 3/4 of them only had two people. It took a while for our server to even get to our table for drinks. We didn't get our food until 7:50 and it was all cold. We ordered an appetizer and everything came out at the same time. We said something to the waitress and she asked if we wanted to speak to a manager so we said yes. The manager was so rude. She walked up behind me not even to where I could see her and said "you needed me?" Like asking to speak to her was the biggest inconvenience of her life. My wife told her our food was cold, and seriously it was. Old cold tasting fries, mozzarella sticks were not fresh. You could just tell it had been sitting for a while. Then the manager cut her off and said your ticket time was 25 minutes. Okay well that's honestly a long time for two burgers and fries and an appetizer when the restaurant was EMPTY by this time. The manager was like well I can take off your appetizer but that's it. It's just so frustrating because that wasn't even the point. We went there to spend money and have a nice fresh meal as a family. Just over all terrible and really A disappointing experience.
