I'm only giving one star because none is not an option! I'm a repeat customer, first time at this location. I rented a dryer from them in April, and have had nothing but issues. It started with them overdrawing my bank account on a weekly basis when my account was supposed to be set up for bi-weekly payments due to my pay schedule. I tried contacting the store and was told that all RAC customers have no option but to be enrolled in autopay and there was nothing they could do. Obviously I was not satisfied with that answer, so I called the customer service line. A very helpful rep informed me that was indeed false, and to hop online to my account and I can turn it off there. Needless to say, that's what's exactly what I did. Last night was the second time the man who sold me the dryer has showed up at my door unannounced trying to collect a payment. Mind you I'm only 4 days late today - 3 last night. Keep in mind my account is still not set for autopay, and has since been switched to bi-weekly payments. I'm not months behind, and I keep up with my payments. Was told I wasn't scheduled for delivery so I called and got it scheduled. Then I was told I would receive a call back about my paperwork and meter received a call. I had to call several times on day of delivery to make sure it was actually getting delivered. I was scheduled for delivery between 3-5pm and it was after 5pm by the time it got delivered. Was never called and told there was a delay. I had to reach out to them. When they eventually showed up. The delivery people scratched my washer and my dryer as well as the front door. The sales manager didn't say anything about the damages. All he said was to call the office first thing in the morning. Coming from someone who deals in customer service on a daily basis. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a brand new washer and dryer and left with a damaged washer and dryer including a front door. I would not recommend this...

The employees there in Heath, Ohio are disgusting, disrespectful, and foul mouthed! Super rude my wife and I and never fixed their mistakes and then blamed us for everything! They also like to harass people after their payments are made! Never go to this place! In my opinion Rent 2 Own is 10 times better! Also after paying a $100 for a tv that was broken that I had them take back, they would not refund me my money now 6 months later I get a voucher for the amount i paid towards the tv but I cannot use it to pay off the $31 I have left for my bed. They told me it only takes off that amount towards the total price of a new agreement.
