IHOP — Restaurant in Heath

The food was lower quality than most waffle houses I've been to, so if you're going here stick to the breakfast sweets! The crepe was fantastic, I'd never had one before and it was delicious with nutella drizzled over it. I also had the chocolate pancakes and they were sweet AND savory, the perfect mix. The waitress was nice but came by often and left the feeling we were being rushed. Wait time was about 10 minutes for the food after we ordered. All in all a good place to go for pancakes and other breakfast sweets!

*edit: came again today, sun June 2nd 2019, place was rather dead with what seemed like three waitresses working. The young blonde waitress was rushing around seating and serving what seemed like everybody. Our server was not the young blonde, ours was Dana. Dana served us and took our order, then 10 minutes later finally managed to come by and check on us but didn't see that my beverage had been pushed to the end on the table and instead replaced my partners drink. She only managed to come by once again to give us our receipt and ask immediately for the money before taking a single plate and scuttling off. The one other waitress working, a much older lady, was lounging around at their little computer station next to the bathrooms and could barely bother to pick up the phone. Overall a very poor experience, and I doubt we'll be back to this location...

Poor customer service . I took my daughter here for breakfast , we were seated quickly, waitress took our order and then after noticing multiple other people coming , ordering , eating , and leaving I asked our waitress when our food will be out . She replies let me check and let us know while cashing another customer out a few more minutes . 20 min later still no food . By now we have been waiting an hour. I asked another waitress if she could grab our waitress. When she decided to come back to our table I asked for our check for our drinks because we are leaving, we have been waiting over an hour and I would like to speak to a manager . I paid the $5.97 bill and when the manager came over he started with “ I know , I’m sorry “ let me tell you what happened... our pancake mix messed up ... by this point I said we have been here over an hour, there are only two of us , you guys could have brought the other food we ordered or at lest came and told us what happened so we could have chosen to pick something different. Then he said well you shouldn’t have had to pay for your drinks . But never offered me a refund or comp of any kind .... very disappointing. He really should teach his staff better customer service and he could use a...

We were visiting for a festival and decided to live in the spur of the moment and do something we never do....go out to eat at 1 in the morning! Where to than a place open 24 hours, right. We were one table out of four that were there at that time. We were greeting not so politely, like someone was sick of it and sat us with some rude comments. We were going to order a few things before the rude waitress who sat us was telling the tables around us they couldn't make this or that as they seems to be out of almost everything they were trying to order.... stuff with creame, stuff with fruit.... sounding like she was just making stuff up because she didn't want to be there. We were told by our waitress we could do dinner or breakfast and after hearing the other rude waitress telling the other tables they were not able to make the certain items, we had a hard time deciding what we could do/want. The food was decent, we had ordered eggs benedict with a side of French toast and as well chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with potatoes and bacon. The food was decent, bacon was minimal and burnt .... other than that and the atmosphere, the experience wasn't horrible. Probably wouldn't eat at again if visiting this cute place out here.... take...
