I normally don't write ill things about my adorable little hometown, but I gotta say I am truly disappointed. Seven out of the ten times you'll get a coffee that tastes worse than dirt, today was one of those days. After a long shift, I brought my coffee back asking for either a replacement or a refund. Whoever was at the other end didn't fully ask my order. Just a simple caramel macchiato they didn't a size they didn't ask if it was hot or cold. So when I pulled up to the window, the young girl, I had a medium-sized iced caramel macchiato. I had only ordered a small hot caramel macchiato. She looked at me pissed off already, knowing that she had just made an extra coffee to go to waste.. At that point, I had just asked for a refund. She tapped her nails and rolled her eyes. We were both annoyed with one another. I went to hand her back my coffee, thinking that they would either need to take it or to see that I had purchased something earlier. She recoiled as if I was handing her something atrocious. A simple explanation as to why she could not take the coffee would have been better done her response. I took my refund and left. I've given too many chances to this location. They are not worth your time...
Read moreI recently visited Dunkin’ and had a very disappointing experience with both the food and customer service. I ordered a snack- in- bacon, only to receive it cold and visibly burnt. I politely asked for it to be remade with fresh bacon, but the staff refused and stated, "That’s how we make them." This response is completely unacceptable. Serving cold, burnt bacon and claiming it's standard practice reflects poorly on the brand's quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a fresh, properly prepared item that I paid for. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers don’t have the same experience. Quality and basic courtesy should never...
Read moreI work near by and need to stop on my way home for a pick me up coffee sometimes. I often order on the app to the drive through. If anyone is in a rush I don’t recommend ordering here. Today’s order took 18 minutes and often time takes about the same time. I usually go between 3 and 5. The cashiers often seem to be more interested in engaging with each other or seem they don’t want to be there. I also had stopped in one night during the Hebron light show to get hot chocolate for the car load of people. I ordered through the app and once I got there I was told there was no hot chocolate and was told I had to use the app to get refunded for my transaction, which took...
