Do not go here. I highly recommend going to staples, or honestly anywhere else. I will say he fixed my keyboard on my computer, however as far as customer service, and pricing goes it is awful! About end of June this year I went in and gave my computer to him to fix my keyboard I was very satisfied with that, however my computer started running VERY slow afterwards and since he was able to fix my keyboard I figured hey why not, so I asked him if he could fix it and he said sure bring it in and I’ll take a look at it. So I did just that brought it in and he said it’d be an easy fix. He did it in about a week, so timing good as well I guess, I got it back and I have a pretty big gouge on my track pad, which was NOT there before! My computer also isn’t running very smooth at all, in my opinion a scam, I wouldn’t go. I also called him and asked him about my track pad and he got very defensive and rude, he’s like that in person too. He makes you feel like you’re a burden for having him do HIS job! I find him very arrogant as a person. Sure he is knowledgeable but, that being said he also has only done one good thing with my computer and has left me with damages. I do not...

I took my phone to C2T last week with a broken screen on my Iphone. At first, because C2T was a little more expensive than two other places, I went to the others. One was not at his shop though he said he would be the day before. So then I took it to a local big box store who had told me they could do it but when I showed up, they said "Sorry, we are just to busy" though I had just spoken to them about 45 minutes before. So, I went to see Richard. It turned out to be a good thing. C2T fixed my phone and had it ready for me within a little over 2 hours though they said it could be longer when I checked it in. When I picked it up, the new screen already had one of those screen protectors on it at no additional charge and everything worked great. If you are looking for someone you can trust; who's prices are very reasonable and someone who is very knowledgeable and honest then this is the place to go to. My husband, son and I were extremely pleased! We looked around and found Richard to be the one to go to. He did an excellent job on our sons computer.
