We drove by and noticed the LV Cafe was Under New Management, so we thought we would stop in and give them a try. This location has definitely had its ups and downs over the 25 years I have been coming here. I could not say enough about the incredible effort Vivian and her staff are pouring into our little old breakfast spot. They have turned things around very nicely.
