Family Dollar — Local services in Helendale

Anyone who shops here should double check the prices on the shelves and their receipt. They always add more than what's advertised. Hamburger buns were advertised as $1.25. The lady at the counter was going to charge me $1.65. I had to correct them. Also if you buy multiple pizzas, they will take the highest priced one and charge that price for all of them. While buying 1 stuffed crust and 1 rising crust they charged me the price of the stuffed crust for both even though the rising crust is a whole 2 dollars cheaper. Double check their prices.

Also the staff Is beyond lazy. Boxes stacked in every aisle blocking items and making everywhere a tripping hazard. Good luck pushing a cart through. Let alone if you have a stroller. For so many boxes everywhere, the essentials are out of stock...

I used to live in Helendale and they put this store up after I left in Nov 2015. I saw them making the moves and I was hoping they would have finished before I left. I have been to the store about three times now coming from Adelanto and that is like my stop before finishing going back from Barstow. The young guy that was there that day he was the cashier as well as putting up stuff in the store. There should have been more people working there but there weren't. He was very helpful when I asked him where was the duct tape while still doing stuff in the store. The thing is why aren't there more people working? It's in a great spot before you reach Barstow because there's nothing else once you...

I am reporting to the High Manager I request this employee that I need 2 bags in she deny me the 2 bags she only give me one bag because she is running out of bags but that is not my problem I ask her to speak to the manager in his name is Austin I dont undertand him at all I say to him that I need another plastic bag in he say they are limits because they dont have bags I feel very upset because this should never happen very bad customer services it should be always satify the customer no matter what???
