CONS -Cost is pricey if you don't use coupons. -Parking lot is ussually congested. -Takes a while before you get service. -Bigger orders may take a long time. -In store hours could be longer. -Lobby/Dining area is tiny. -Located in a stripmall, and it's tricky to find it at night.
I'll start off by saying their parking lot has a decent amount of parking spaces but often gets congested because this Domino's is located in a strip mall. The parking spaces in front of the Domino's itself is ussually hogged up by all the delivery cars when I get carryout, so parking sometimes gets annoying. Also, the restaurant itself is sometimes hard to find at night because the building is big and has many other commercial businesses in it. The food itself is decent, and ordering from the website is easy enough. The website is nice because it gives rewards points for each purchase and you can eventually trade the pizza rewards points for a free pizza after accumulating enough points. Last time I walked in to get my carryout pizzas, I had to stand in the lobby for 3 minutes before I was finally noticed by an employee and got service despite there being no line and at least 10 employees on site. I asked to purchase additional garlic sauce for my garlic bread bites but the cashier gave me a free sauce cup on the house so that was nice. Processing & Bake times are basically the same as other big pizza chains. They close their doors for carryout at 10pm but that's a bit early for my liking being the night owl that I am. Delivery orders are available till 11pm or midnight I believe. I got delivery once from this particular Domino's and my pizza was delivered in a timely manner, I ussually get carryout however. Overall, I would recommend this Domino's to all my fellow...
Read moreThese guys are super fast, just the right amount of friendly, plus none of their drivers so far (they’ve delivered to us about 50 times) has ever been so gierig (German for “overly focussed on one thing”) that the tip one writes in is the first thing the delivery person looks at once they’ve gotten their pen back. Indeed, they know how to smoothly complete the transaction, get us the goods, and beat it. We’ve been using this Dominos for deliveries for 10 years, and the aforementioned compliments hold true throughout our culinary experience. Way to go!
Then came the night it took 90 minutes for this store (.8 miles away) to deliver to two bread bowls. I mean, okay, I get that most dominos stores are challenged when so many orders are coming in that the available staff simply can’t fill ‘em as quickly as they might think they can. But such delays need to be properly acknowledged by the store and/or the driver. But it seems here that if the customer doesn’t mind or doesn’t say something about an egregious delay, the mgmt at this story aren’t in the habit of owning up to it.
I hope corporate is reading this, because dominos needs to have something in place so that customers are compensated for for such major lapses and professionalism. I mean, a 1.5 hour wait for two bread bowls to arrive is so uncool. The store or Dominos company-wide, should have a customer service protocol in place so that store/driver brings something as a token of goodwill and of the store owning up to being so late that one loses ones appetite by the time the pizza arrives on the store side, a dominoes team member should be trained to make calls to the affected customers, saying something like:
“hello Mr. Jones, this is dominoes, weren’t experiencing very high order volume tonight; our driver will be bringing some items that are compliments of our store. I know we can’t make up for being late but here’s a token of our goodwill and our commitment to try do it...
Read moreSo Sunday night Sept 1. I ordered online a few pizzas and soda for the family. After I place the order my step daughter shows up with her boyfriend and kid. Not wanting to be rude I quickly place a second order for a couple of sandwiches and a medium pizza for them. When I got to pick up my orders Jennifer tells me that someone else came in with my ID and card and cancelled my second order of sandwiches and pizza. My last name is very unique and not common. GAUTHIER. The chances of there being another person in Hemet with my name and having a card with the same last 4 is next to impossible! So obviously Jennifer lied. I asked her over again that someone came in with my exact name a photo ID, verified the number on the order and had a card with the same last 4. She changed her story and said they only had the same last name. I asked her to look at my name its not common. She said "well its possible" . I said not really. Then she asked if I had lost the card. Seriously I just paid for the order from my house with said card how would it be lost? Her only other explanation is that someone has my information. Like someone stole my Identity knew I just ordered at Dominos and decided to mess with me by going in and cancelling it. Jennifer has zero common sense to think that is even slightly believable. It was beyond obvious she was lying to me about the reason. I dont know why she felt the need to mess with me I dont order here much so I am not a bad customer. Jennifer I hope you read this and know your...
