Friday Nov 4th around 8am. I was trying to use my rewards. I ordered a venti chocolate cream cold brew and snowman cookie āļø it's my first time redeeming rewards. I was being discounted the cookie which isn't really convenient since it's 1.55. I wanted my drink discounted. Anyways I thought it would be free for both cause like I said it's my first time using rewards and I had 132 stars š So I was being charged for my drink which I thought was kinda useless I don't get to choose how to use my stars? I didn't have my wallet with me thinking it would be free so I went out to get it and on the way I thought I should go to another Starbucks and buy them separately so I can get the drink free š„¤ So I'm on my way back to work which is more than an hour. On the way I find a Starbucks and there I go to claim my free drink which I didn't get cause I didn't have enough star rewards. I guess that girl cashier never put them back or took them away from me. Not sure. I didn't get anything after all. My gf asks about my morning and I let her know what had happened. She couldn't believe it and she has star rewards herself and she comes to tell me that they're supposed to give you the option of how you want to use your rewards. I couldn't believe it! I just wanted a free drink with my rewards I felt like my money, my options and my time was being taken from me. It wasn't a pleasant morning. It could've all been avoided if she knew how to do her job properly. Or am I wrong? Last Friday same girl gave me a Salt & Caramel cold brew that's the worst one to get in my opinion I always get chocolate cream cold brew. I didn't make a big thing of it I just thought it was honest mistake but 2 Fridays in a row? Come on. Not cool! Depeche Mode would agree...

I needed a place to go for a quick work call where I could charge my laptop and was away from him. Poor choice. The Wifi signal was very poor (couldn't even pick up from front patio area), there was not enough outlets to charge my laptop so I had to sit right in front of the door next to the loud speakers and the barista shouting orders while listening to super loud (I think it was jazz) and very annoying music. I looked at the barista more than once while i was in the phone with probably the equivalent of a death stare and even gestures once to consider turning the music down. They didn't even consider turning down the music or even turning it to something more calm and less noisy. I would never go back to...

I went to this location twice recently and noticed the first time I was overcharged by a dollar and conveniently not offered or given a receipt. I let it slide because I figured it was a mistake and didnāt say anything. I went again this morning and they overcharged me AGAIN. Took my debit card, never asked me to answer the tip question on the pin pad. And charged me what they felt appropriate. Again, didnāt offer or ask if I wanted the receipt. Apparently they are giving you a total with the tip already added on and not offering a receipt and getting a tip for themselves. Imagine if they do this to each customer, a dollar each time.
