This was the most unwelcoming experience I have ever experienced going to any Steve’s burgers I’ve ever been to and I love Steve’s burgers, but as soon as I walked in the cashier was rude so rude she was an older lady by the way for anyone wondering who she is but anyways she didn’t even help me for a while then when she did finally take my order she was so rude like if I was bothering her because she was having a personal life conversation with the cooks and other girl that was working next to her when I was just trying to order some food, but that is not the worst part. I still ended up ordering my food because I already had drove so far to get there , so then I finally get my food and oh my gosh it was the worst food I’ve ever ate from any Steve’s burgers in my life, and I am a big fan of Steve’s. The fries were stale and cold and honestly had no type of flavor to them. The burger was so poorly put together ,and I was super nice despite the way they treated me because that just the kind of person I am not sure what the situation going on with them at that moment was but all I can say is I do not advise anyone to go and spend their money on this place for It was the worst experience I have ever had any establishment of this sort and it was way to expensive for the customer service to be that bad and the food to taste that terrible so I truly hope whoever owns this establishment, decides to hire people who actually want to work and are nice to their customers and treat their food with respect when they make it. More like they were sitting under a lamp keeping warm. not very hot! Today we ordered Jumbo burger with cheese and O. R. It was a hot mess. Didn't like it! It just wasn't made right! Too much sauce, in burger, tomatoes wasn't good tasting..buns were soaked! The burgers were squashed when we pulled them out of the bag! The O.R. were a little hot but not pipping hot like they usually are when they just cook them. They need to give you bigger bags for your orders so items don't get squashed and Onion Rings don't get grease everywhere... at least put them in a sep bag before putting them in big bag. The bag was stained of grease. They shove everything in one small brown paper bag that is ridiculously too small for the order. We ordered. 2 jumbo burgers, 1 large order of O. R. Plus the Ranch dressing + an extra Ranch which is cold and thrown in with the hot food. And napkins, bag was bursting at the seams! You get home and the burgers are smashed down, bag is very oily from deep fried items. They're being stingy with bags yet their prices aren't cheap! So they need to do a better job packing good items in appropriate bags and sized! Don't mix hot with cold foods all in one bag! Common sense. They don't care once they get you're money, check your order before you leave!. They do a better job of food and service when you dine...
Read moreI’ve been coming to Steve’s since i was a kid, and I’ve always loved it. But the past 3 or 4 years have really turned me off to going anymore. To the point where I maybe go once I year. And today I decided it was that once a year time to try em again, and I was immediately disappointed. Breakfast burritos are now substantially smaller and $18 for 2 of them? The prices are the main thing keeping me away. They just simply aren’t worth it, and those saying prices are great, are insane. Anyways, order 2 bacon breakfast burritos for $18 bucks, okay they should be good. Get home, wife and I eat about half of our burritos and realize there is no bacon in our BACON breakfast burritos. The past few years portions gone down, prices shot up, and service is almost non existent. Always rude and impatient workers like were Inconveniencing them. As a local staple for what used to be great burgers and food, they should be respectful and grateful for a community that still keeps them in business.
