Tonight I ordered a sweet and hot chicken salad with no olives and no carrots. I recieved salad loaded with both. I called because this is the third time I have ordered this and recieved my salad loaded with both. Upon calling I was pleasantly told to please return and they would exchange the salad. Inconvenient but happy they wanted to make it right. Upon arriving the first thing the guy said was just so you know your husband didnt ask for no olives or carrots but I'm still going to remake this. When I said I was standing next to him and he definitely did this guy started to argue with me! I understand the customer is not always right I own a business but this is the THIRD time this has happened and at 12$ for a salad I should be able to get what I order. He brings out my replacement and I smiled said nothing and went to leave and when I opened the door he started mumbling and when i said excuse me he ran in the back, i said excuse me three more times before he came out and said please dont ever come back. Like wow. Agreed I will never be back. And btw the replacement was loaded with carrots and had no cheese and every picec of lettuce from the bottom of the pan.    Read moreI ordered for the first time from them this past weekend, and everything was delicious! So I figured we would order again tonight, a week later, and I got the pizza home, there was a hair baked into the crust. So I called immediately to ask for my money back. Christopher got on the phone with me, and asked me to bring it back up to him, and they would get me a new one, and my money back. When I got up there, there were customers inside, and he asked me to come over and see the hair. So I showed him. He was so kind and understanding. I felt like I was being one of those people who are being an inconvenience, at first. But he reassured me that it was totally fine and understandable, and he wanted me to know that’s not how they do business. He was very sweet about the whole thing. He then insisted on giving me a piece of cake for the trouble as well. His son came out with 2 pieces, my new pizza, and gave me my money back. He is a wonderful man, and I will definitely be ordering from there again! That is how you do business. That’s why I am giving 5 starts. There was an issue, and the way he, and his staff handled it was amazing. And doing so in front of other customers just showed he wasn’t trying to hide...

We called the restaurant to explained and was told to call the delivery company, which we did! Then was told that they submitted a refund for the wing order, but we would have to return a call to the restaurant for the refunded wing purchase. My husband called the restaurant only to be told to call and speak to the owner. HORRIBLE RUNAROUND!!!! I then called 2 days later, thinking the refund may take a couple of days and to allow some time. I was told to call back or the 'owner' will return my call. I received a call from the owner stating that he would refund my credit card $1.00 and some change. I asked why he was only refunding such a small amount when there was no charge for the sauce. Then he said I just wanted to fight with him. Let me emphasize that initially I said the food was good however we were disappointed that the order was incorrect! Then he called me honey.
