I ADORE this salon. Not only are the staff super friendly, but they are also knowledgeable. Let me preface by saying I am INCREDIBLY picky about how my hair is done. I first came in here for a color correction due to another salon ruining my hair. It was super brassy and my root color was not at all my natural color (it was like a mustard yellow), to the point I looked like I was wearing a wig. I had a consult with Racquel and she told me what the best plan of attack was, and what she could do with the amount of damage the other shop did, and got to work. She absolutely worked magic! I walked out of there feeling so much more confident than when I walked in. I'm always super nervous about going to a salon because I always feel like I'm being judged and don't belong there, but I never felt this way here! They made me feel right at home. Another thing I think that's worthy of mentioning is the head massages. I never expected it because I've never had a hair stylist do this, but my God if you don't think you need one, you absolutely do. I felt so relaxed after. I had my second appointment with Racquel today and she worked her magic again. My hair feels fantastic. I've also had two appointments with Olivia for nails and she's fantastic as well! From the very first time I stepped into this salon I have felt welcome. Great people, great products, great services!! The atmosphere has a sense of professional warmth and friendliness every second of the visit. The owner is exceptionally knowledgable with a wonderful personality and the rest of the employees are professional and classy as well. Everyone seems to have the most recent knowledge of styles and trends whether you are thinking of a new hairstyle, getting a tan, maybe a pedicure, manicure, gelish, acryllics, gels...the possibilities are endless at this salon. There are tons of polish colors (whether regular or gelish) to choose from and great hair products. It's always busy when I am there (and I am there at least every 2 weeks). If there is ever any problem, anyone there is happy to fix it or the owner works with you to get ya back on track. Afterall, that IS how people learn (reference to the 2 inappropriate reviews)! Went in for highlights. Had an appointment at 4. All was going great, 2 hours in. My stylist put a toner on and the end result after over three hours was a solid color with no highlights and some pink Hughes in the back top. I paid the bill of 112.00 and tipped. It was a long day and I was tired. Went straight home looked in the bright light and was very disappointed. No highlights. Called the salon and spoke with management. I was told to I could come back in for a fix. It was late and I was already there for over 3 hours. I was also told the toner will wash out after a few shampoos. I was told to the crappiest shampoo I have. I was also told that they do not issue credit. I was getting my hair done for an event. I usually do not get my hair done with highlights so needless to say, I am very unhappy with the result and how management handled the situation. I am always writing great reviews and encouraging others. Even though my stylist was a sweetie, it does not excuse the salon. Going to try and wash the toner out in the next couple days....
