Closet Factory — Local services in Jeannette

Meagan, Chuck, Michelle and the Closet Factory team did an outstanding job of designing, building and installing a basement bar for us in our home. We used them for two other projects (closet system and laundry room cabinets) a few years ago, and all of these have worked out great for us. Most recently, our basement bar project required some design and build details that I'm sure were not common for them. In particular, the bar top that they designed and built is amazing, with corner mitering that would make you think that it's one solid 4" thick piece of wood. The follow-up and up-front scheduling and installation was much appreciated by us. For example, they broke into their schedule early to have the base cabinets installed so that templating for the granite top could be done and not delay the project while they were finishing up with the rest of the overall components. The installation was very smooth due to their attention to detail, and the result is a great looking bar that we're very proud of. I'm sure that the attention to detail that Chuck and Meagan applied to this project made all the difference. We could not have asked for a better overall experience than what we got from Closet Factory for...

I was hesitant that anyone could create a closet solution for our 100-year old Pittsburgh house, complete with sloped ceilings and an uneven plaster patch job. And then Closet Factory and Meagan came along. She designed a beautiful yet space-saving closet for our tight space that has allowed us to save one whole dresser's worth of clothes from our tiny second-floor room. Meagan was attentive to how we wanted to use the space and came up with a plan that was as beautiful as it was functional; she helped us pick colors and details to match the room without ever being pushy. Meagan, Tish, and team were responsive, even amid COVID-19 delaying our plans. Adam was prompt when the time came to install, and by the time I got through my morning's worth of meetings, we had a new closet. He managed to make it work with our wonky walls! I am impressed with the whole Closet Factory team and with the closet itself—it came together efficiently, beautifully, and professionally (and reasonably priced!). Closet Factory will be who I call the next time I have a closet or organization...

Let me start by saying that I wish I wasn’t limited to just 5 stars, but nonetheless Alexa deserves every single one I give. I have worked with custom closet companies before and her professionalism and knowledge goes beyond the standard and this review is a reflection of her and her talent. So a little back story, we are currently in the process of building a new home. We have been working with Alexa for a couple months now getting cabinets and shelves for our laundry room and some closets, her knowledge and experience has been a bright light in the house building process. However, during this the standard big box home store wire shelves in our current home’s primary suite closet just fell off the wall… already overwhelmed with expenses and stress of the new house this just added to it. Luckily, I had Alexa in my back pocket. Her prompt service to assess the situation and design the shelves was so fast my head spun.🤩 She was at my house measuring and before I knew it my shelves were up…an expert at her craft and knew what I needed before I did....
