Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

Did you know Kids Meals do not come with a treat as advertised? I paid for a kids meal and told him when he handed me the bag with just fries and the 2 chicken tenders in it I'd like the cone in a cup and he told me that there's a coupon on the bag for the treat. I said it comes with he meal. He said they have the coupons for that now. WHAT DID I PAY FOR THEN?? So after arguing with the guy about it I decided I'd just make sure everyone knew to not waste their time or money. I'm hoping we can get that wastw of space taken out of the mall and put a giant mirror or something useful there. I called and spoke to someone at the contact me section of the Dairy Queen website. Can we get this place removed from the mall? Countless times I've gone here at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and they're always closed. When they are open, they're out of everything. The best story was I ordered a burger and was asked by the woman "What would you like on it?" I said lettuce tomato onion and cheese works. I was told "Were out of lettuce tomato and onion." ... .... Okay so why ask me what do I want? Literally a hotdog stand would be more resourceful than this...

Went today a little before 4:30. A woman was in front of me and ordered, no problem. When I went up to order, the employee said, "We literally close in 3 minutes. The mall closes at 5, and every other place in here is closing right now." Why take the other woman's order then? There was no "I apologize but _" or "Sorry, but _." Also, discouraging me from going elsewhere in the food court was entirely out of line. I'll never go to...
