Let me start this off by saying I am an employee in the mall of this location and I literally buy food here every other day. In addition a lot of times I will place an online order that includes 4-6 items. Now every time I go in person everyone is kind to me, but for some reason when picking up my online orders at this location they are downright rude. I’ve overheard the employees complaining about having to fulfill my order and how many items are in my order. They also have now forgotten an item two times in a row which is fine and I have no problem just getting credit for my item I paid for and they had no problem fixing this the first time. But today they were yet again rude, now this time straight to me over the phone. Gave me attitude and then hung up in anger and frustration at me. I did nothing wrong, I feel that maybe if they were not so angry and complaining about the items in my order maybe they would just not forget my item and then you wouldn’t have to be rude to me on the phone. Again I work here and these standards would never fly in my store right down the hall....

I placed my order and in typical fashion of this chain I received it very fast! This is always a plus of coming here. Food was good just not what I ordered. They forgot an item and also the sizing was incorrect. I was charged for a large fry and large drink. But as stated thus was not what I received. To some this may be minor. And In the grand scheme it is. Perhaps even my fault for not double checking before I left. With that said I was charged for something and didn't receive what I payed for. It is possible the employee I dealt with was training. So take it for what it's worth. I drive a big truck so once back on the road it's quit hard to just turn back around and address these issues in person. My loss I guess. Not all bad tho I'm not bashing or putting them down. Just a honest review. Staff was friendly and professional as always! Will return...
Read moreBeing a person with a severe allergy to dairy it's hard for me to eat out. Chick-fil-A waffle fries are safe for me to eat. While shopping (out of town for me) at Westmoreland Mall my husband and I decided to grab some fries before heading home. Megan of store #00331 waited on us. I asked if their fries were still fried in separate oil from the battered chicken and she said yes. She asked if I had an allergy and if I needed the staff member handling my food to change gloves. I told her as long as they weren't rubbing milk on their hands I was fine. But I did thank her for asking. No one, at any other restaurant, anywhere, has asked me that. It was so awesome. I immediately knew that not only Chick-fil-A but Megan herself cared about my welfare. She is a really fantastic employee. I will eat fries...
