It was for my nephew's birthday party, and my first time there (late 30's). I was expecting chaos, noise, and disgruntled staff that would make our lives miserable. Instead the staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. They brought me to the verge of tears several times with their kindness and caring. We were there late and instead of getting upset and kicking us out, they brought Chuck out one last time to say goodbye to my nephew and niece. I can't gush enough about them. To say they have restored some of my faith in humanity is an understatement. And then I read comments about the food. No, the food is no 5 star Micheline restaurant, but their food is better than some restaurants I've been to. And the fact they offer healthy food like fruits and veggies makes me happy. Read moreThe staff that worked today (4-13-25) from 4pm to close were beyond amazing. We took our 10 year old autistic son and our 3 year old daughter for our son's birthday. The staff made sure the kids as well as us adults had the best time ever. They were super accommodating to my family including my dad who is in a wheelchair and is legally blind. They did so many special things for the kids that we never expected them to do. Not to mention that they were all beyond sweet. It was a different kind of customer service in the best way possible. We've had bad experiences with other employees treating our son poorly due to the autism. I had sworn off going back for awhile because of that but our son wanted to go and I'm honestly glad he did. The workers tonight made us feel like family and brought tears to my eyes for how amazing they were. We will definitely be going back! Thank you...

There were only two machines that I saw that were out of service one of which you ride in and you can take a color picture of the rider and this of course was the one our little one really...
