Two vehicles ahead of me so they are not busy. Take my order and look in bag, wrong order. Tell clerk and she directs me to park on the side. Wait several minutes and out comes the order. First mistake, I do not check contents. A half mile down the road I check the. bag and food missing. Back to the store and I am livid. I am very short with the clerk, the same one who gave me both wrong orders, and demand my money back. A little Spanish lady come out and asks what is wrong. I tell her and say give my money back. She goes in and talks to the Manager, proceeds to bring back the order without the rest of the food but says a Big Mac was missing and she would place that in the bag if I still wanted the food. Second mistake, I take the food without thinking. I do get a phone number to file a complaint. Get home and the second mistake bites me, soggy fries. Well live and learn, I am going to urge the complaint number to revamp the management and get somebody to retrain the order staff. It is not rocket science when you have a one lane drive thru an you can not get the correct order to the correct vehicle, and then do not check the remaining orders to verify the screw up has not carried down...
Read moreIt really depends on what time you go ti this location because the morning crew is almost always in point and they're always polite with great customer service but the evening crew often times makes me not want to go back. I don't know the lady's name but she's a white lady manager im guessing in her late 50s and she really gets under my skin. Ilk try to be brief. Few months ago the drive through got my son's order wrong tgen i had to go in the store ti get it corrected. It still wasn't right. So the third time I walked in I asked for a refund. The lady kept offering to remake it and kept apologizing abd i waa polite but i had to get pretty firm tl get her to listen. I said " ma'am... My son's outside in my truck eating and I got ice cream meeting out there. Please give me the refund." So every time I have her take my order since that time she's got the open mouth stare and is sarcastic in her speech and very creepily does not breakage co tact with me at all if she can help it. It's just weird. She also used to be a manager at subway and I called her out on making my sandwich wrong one time there. It's just Never a fast and friendly experience when...
Read moreWe places an order at this location in which one of the meals had a sweet tea. When they arrived with the drink my daughter said “it tastes like water”. So I tried it and it was unsweet tea. When the manager arrived to give us the drinks I let her her know that we got an unsweet instead of a sweat tea.
She said “I will have to make some” in which I said if your out of sweet tea you should have just told me rather than trying to trick us into getting an item that we didnt want.
She then proceeded to tell me that she wanted the cup back. I didnt want to get the same cup back that I she, myself, and both of the kids in my car have all now touched (just trying to limit the amount of people touching things).
She demanded the cup back andI let her know that a Dr. Pepper would be fine. She left and after a significant wait, I just left. I thought that since customer service is paramount at these places they would happen to be a little better at it. I have been trying to be more patient with the food service employees but an attempt to trick you into getting what you didnt want (AND by the manager) was a...
