Aces Bar & Grill (East) — Restaurant in Henderson

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised on our first visit. The first thing we noticed is it is actually a diner on one side and 24 hour gaming bar on the other. We only visited the restaurant side. The diner side was empty and we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was very pleasant. I wasn’t too hungry, so I ordered Chicken Fingers with hot buffalo sauce from the appetizers. My wife ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich. The fingers seemed expensive for an appetizer, however when they arrived they were not what I would call fingers, but 3 good size planks with fries, celery, carrots and buttermilk dressing. I couldn’t finish it. The chicken sandwich looked kinda skimpy at first glance, but it actually had two pieces of chicken between the buns. It was also served with fries, cabbage slaw and pickles. Scottie denied me and my family for wearing a mask for health issues that are private to us, we asked why and was told it’s policy we further asked to see the written policy and we were denied . Scottie was hostile unprofessional and he seemed a little intoxicated it seems we have been treated with hostility for a simple inquiry. My partner and I have spent thousands here and have frequented the establishment since it’s grand opening, to be treated like this is not right.. I am formally asking for the general manager to reach out to me.. we will follow tomorrow reason being Scottie refuses to have conversed cordially. I visited twice, both times to order food and enjoy a drink or two. Both times, I suppose because I'm not a regular, I was not greeted upon entry or tended to until I raised my voice toward the bartenders, some of which didn't even acknowledge my existence. The ones that did serve me treated me like an unwanted guest, served me with very dirty glasses, and never spoke to me. All others, what I assume are regular guests, were tended to even when not ordering. Unfortunately, due to the unfriendliness and unwelcoming attitude of staff, I will never be returning.
