I ordered food a week prior to me coming back to get some of that good o'l stale fries they whip up in the microwave that's been sitting for hours, and I must say last week when I ordered I did not get what I paid for. I ordered $20 worth of fast food and did not get my second order of nuggets! You can't forget the nuggets! I was on my way to work so I did not have the time to come back to the restaurant to complain. So I said to myself I will let them know next time I come back to order some of that goodness gracious. Fast forward to today 3/28/2019 I informed the staff that I did not receive my Nuggets from my last visit (approximately 5 days prior to this visit), the staff ask for a receipt I don't have the receipt so they were not going to do anything for me. Now, I order food from here I'd say 4x a month and they have screwed up orders in the past and I did not say anything but this one time I inform them to let them know they can't do anything for me because of course I don't have the receipt right? Wrong! I ordered again $20 worth of food today and you can't give me my measly nuggets thats worth $3 that I paid for but did not receive? o.O That's blasphemous, I then spoke with the Mgr. Miguel and this guy told me without receipt they will not be able to give me my nuggets that I paid for that they forgot 5 days prior to this visit. I informed Mgr. that when it's money involved you expect to get what you pay for especially the "working class". He ended up giving me my nuggets but yet the staff and he himself the Mgr. was just rude and I've been coming to this specific Jack in the Box for 3 years being loyal and all but yet you are HASSLING me about some damn NUGGETS!!!??? LMAO I work in customer service and the customer is always right especially if they are patrons. It was not like I was not spending money with this visit, I was not looking for anything free or fishing I just wanted what I paid for.    Read moreI ordered a ultimate cheeseburger combo #8. The best thing about the combo was the dr. Pepper I served myself. Let me begin with the burger. The bun/bread was hard or dried out on the edges of the bun. The cheese wasnât dripping off the double meat burger. She the picture from the web. This is what a combo should look like. And let me tell you my French fryâs were horrible. What makes French fryâs so greatâŚ..âthey should come out hot and fresh with a little bit of saltâ. What did I get,âOLD FRIES, that were SHRIVELEDâ I threw them into the trash can and the CASHIER saw me do it. She didnât offer any new fries, she just said SORRY! I have lived in the community for over 20 years and have eaten at this location many times, however, I have NEVER had this experience. Moving on this restaurant is normally very clean. TodayâŚthe floors were dirty, there were at least 6 table tops dirty. The coke machine needed a good cleaning. So I will finish be saying âI saw employees standing and talking in Spanish and looking around and not really doing much. They didnât have any cars in the drive thru and only 2 customers in the restaurant. Myself being one of them. It is Sunday morning and they have NO PRIDE here.    Read moreI order from here pretty often, mostly in the afternoon to evening time, but the two times Iâve had problems were another previous day and today 9-15-25 around 12-2 pm and thats because both times my order had missing items, causing me to waste time and gas coming all the way back to retrieve my items. On top of that, the first time i had an issue, the drive thru employee gave me the wrong coffee and lied about having bacon ranch, whilst forgetting the burger I ordered. This time today the same drive thru employee forgot my burger again and lied to me again about not having the bacon ranch anymore. I only know she lied because both times I came back, other employees gave me the ranch and my burger. I donât know why she didnât admit she didnât know where it was at instead of lying but that was the case. Lastly when I tried to express my opinion to the employee that gave me my lettuce wrap burger and the ranch, they just waved me off to leave and ignored me.
