I ordered multiple items through Grubhub for delivery. I specifically asked for there to be no sauce on the side. I had ordered the same entree from this place before and I knew that the sauce container would melt and open and pour all over my food. When I got the order, I noticed that there was sauce in there even though I asked for it not to be. The sweet sauce had gotten all over my duck and I was not able to eat it. I called the store and the receptionist wouldn’t do anything about it. She kept on telling me to bring it back so she can see it. I told her that I don’t drive and that is why I used a delivery service, but she kept on repeating the same thing. She wouldn’t even give me her name. They have very poor customer service. I ordered from them at least once a week, but never again. 1 order is not worth losing a loyal customer that spent more than $100 per week at your restaurant. Upon entering I was surprised it was not busy at all. So I was asked dine in or take out. I opted for dine in, was told I could sit wherever I chose. Upon seating was given menus and of course Thai Teas were ordered.
Opted for the Wonton Soup, Chicken Satay, Cashew Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Banana Rolls, and Fried Rice. I was very pleased. That Chicken Satay hit the spot. The banana rolls are always a delight especially when they are cooked perfectly.
Interior is a few tables and booth backs with matching tables. Music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean. Staff was wearing masks to ensure good ol safety.

However, My recent time I tired to order I was told that my number had been flagged as a scam due to supposed prank calls and uncollected orders by "my husband."
First of all, I don’t have a husband!! lol and I have never prank called or failed to pick up an order. This was a clear mistake, but despite my efforts to clarify the situation, I was unable to place my order.
As someone who has consistently supported this business, I found this experience extremely disappointing. It’s concerning that a long-time customer could be treated this way due to an apparent mix-up. The restaurant needs to improve its system to avoid unfairly penalizing loyal customers.
