Just came into antler & the girl at the register was getting chewed out by a lady we were standing behind over a miscommunication; queue the 1-star review by Sarah L (she removed the one that had a description & just left one with no description)

The girl at the register handled the verbally aggressive complaint with such grace & poise; as someone that also works in the food industry, I was very impressed & encouraged so I felt like this was worth bringing perspective to from a bystander — I hardly ever leave reviews

I live across the bridge, but the few times I’ve come in, the customer service makes me want to come back every time; the employees are so kind & personable & you can tell they genuinely care about the people that walk through the doors

& on the actual product they offer, it’s never been a letdown; I’m hooked on the Black Forest cortado that they serve & I’m glad to see it’s still on the summer menu! Thanks antler for always being a wonderful space to gather! Will be returning...

I visit Henderson from time to see family or friends from high school. One of my favorite things to do is try new local eateries, breweries, and coffee shops. I hadn't tried this spot yet, so I stopped in. Very cute little place and sweet workers. I am a home brewer, so I find myself being a bit more on the snobby side than others, but still enjoy milk drinks when I visit shops so I can get a full experience.

I chose the sailor flavor syrup option. Involved maple and rum flavors. I was extremely impressed with the machine choice. It was gorgeous and really adds to the experience. The shot pulled tastes balanced. I always intentionally get milk drinks to go for one reason: to see if they take time to latte art even if it were to be covered by the lid. They didn't, but that's to be expected. As I don't if I know I'm leaving the house. The oat milk was very well steamed and really adds to the drink. I will be visiting again next time...

When I went to order my salad I initially ordered a wild walnut salad and changed my mind because I didn’t want what was in the salad. I chose instead to just get the house salad because the ingredients seemed a bit more nutritious to me. I was caught in traffic and just needed to grab a quick bite. Normally I don’t even eat food out. It makes me anxious. The woman behind the counter rather than just change my order informed me that the two salads were “the same calories” as if it were for diet purposes and to be honest my change of mind was none of her business. I was in no way verbally aggressive. I came back because I didn’t know if I was given my money back. I never argued with her. I did tell her it wasn’t her business why I changed my order and I believe I was correct in that. I’ll never be...
