I have been here at least 200x. Twice a week customer. Last 5x I have come, food is 15-20 min late from the approx pick up time. Never had that issue 200x prior. FOOD WAS ALWAYS READY ON TIME! Two girls green hair and mix black girl who seem miserable and despise their jobs. Its always im wrapping up your order right now. I go in knowing I'm going to hear that now. "Wrapping up my order" takes 15-20 min unbelievable! This place needs workers who "WANT" to work and give it their all. Green haired girl is quite rude. Hands you your bag with an attitude and doesnt say a word to you. Not a sorry for the wait. Thanks for your patience. Thanks come again! NOTHING!!! Management please get with these employees and train them customer service #1. Without the customers money there is no cappriotis. That's what they need to understand. Also one time they messed up an order some time ago. Tried to call the restaurant the next day from 11am to 4 pm about 15 phone calls. Just rang and rang and rang. Imagine the missed revenue from ignoring phone calls customers wanting to order food. Just terrible! Remember Management and franchise owners. Your business in this case sandwich shop is only as good as your employees. With terrible nasty attitude employees who never have food ready as I assume they are monkeying around in the back. All they will do is run the business to the ground. I was ok with it the first couple times. But its become a habit now. Last 5x 15-20 min late on the food. Common demoninator each time same two girls working and ONLY THEM. Im a business owner 20 yrs plus. I care for the business owners and that's why I bring this to your attention. Green haired girl needs to go. Terrible attitude and clearly dont give a darn about the customers or how smooth things go. She is there for a paycheck. Nothing more! Hope this finds the franchise owner! Its really a shame. Good food but the employees and service is the worst in town. I will try my luck at stephanie location from here on out! Anything has to be better then Green hair girl and waiting 20 min for my food the last 5 visits. All the best to franchise owner. So this is a habit of two employees monkeying around missing orders and struggling to make up the time once they see the orders waiting for them and are always a half hour behind no matter what. Read moreI’ve ordered curbside 3 times already and have had to come inside the store after waiting more than 20 minutes after stamped time on the app only to find my food has already gone cold. This last time we made direct eye contact with the employees in the store while waiting inside the car. We were the ONLY car out there and the ONLY car waiting for curbside pickup. It makes no sense?? Does curbside pickup NOT work??? I have also waited for a refund since the 11th. After placing my order online I immediately got a call from the store letting me know that my order would not be available. I was totally fine with that and asked to have my order canceled and refunded. Instead the employee marked my order as picked up and kept the money. I called 3 times to the store to get a hold of a manager and the employees took my name and information down. After waiting about 3-4 days I called AGAIN. The manager finally picked up, took my info down. Claimed i’d have my refund by that night. I’m still waiting. This is ridiculous, worst customer service ever. My favorite Capriotti’s is on Paradise behind UNLV. Due to the pandemic and not being able to work or go to school I have to reason to be in that area. I began ordering from this nearby location. Every time asked for the sandwich to be cut into thirds. Every time it ends up cut in half. Tonight, while placing my order at the register with the manager I ask for it to be cut into thirds. He tells the sandwich maker "cut it into thirds." Maker says "what?" Manager says again "cut that into thirds." Get home, it's cut in half. Call the store and got a busy signal for 30 minutes. Finally the manager answers and was nice, says we will work on that. Our cutter only cuts in half and if we are busy we sometimes mess up.
