Title: Unsanitary Food and Unprofessional Service from General Manager.
I recently visited Carl's Jr. and ordered a BBQ chicken wrap with zucchini. As a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy, I must be especially cautious about food safety. Unfortunately, the zucchini in my wrap was undercooked, the breading was mushy, and it was stuffed haphazardly inside the wrap — completely unappetizing and unsafe. The other order was simply incomplete. No Rootbeer soggy zucchini there, too.
After becoming violently ill for hours, I contacted the restaurant to request a refund. I was initially told to wait until Monday to resolve the issue, which I did. When I finally spoke with the general manager, I expected some understanding and professionalism. Instead, I was met with rudeness and a flat-out refusal to issue a refund. Despite explaining my health condition and the seriousness of food safety, the manager showed no empathy or concern.
This experience was beyond disappointing. It’s clear that cleanliness, customer service, and compassion are not priorities at this location. I will no longer support this Carl's Jr., and I urge others to be cautious. Your health and safety deserve better.
