Last week I was told they didn't have chicken for Monday specials at 8:12pm, I let that go and then today I received great service from the young lady that took my order. I was patient at first because I was told it would 12 minutes for my order due to them not having chicken dropped on another Monday special day, some how my 12 minute wait turned into 35 minutes and my order being the very last order handed out behind drive thru and inside with them calling every order that was made before and after I placed my order, after finally receiving my order got home just to find my order was incomplete and I called them to let them know about it I received the same rude, disrespectful, unprofessional attitude from the manager and the same woman that keeps an attitude and is always rude, rolling her eyes,or acting as if certain people are invisible and want take the order. Read moreI stopped by around 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 15th. They weren’t busy inside but was asking drive thru customers to please wait. After placing my order, #1 spicy with fries and diet Dr Pepper. She said, okay, what side did you want? I said fries and a diet Dr Pepper. Then she asked, what drink did you want with your order? I said the same as the previous order, diet Dr Pepper. As I drove around, she was looking at me through the window laughing. I paid with my debit card and noticed the other employees looking in my direction laughing. I was given my drink first, then my boxed chicken. Before driving away, I opened it up and the fries were covering the strips and the roll was smashed. The strips were more like nuggets, cold and over battered. I wasn’t sure what they were trying to give me but I wasn’t having it. I asked for a manager but was told there wasn’t one at the time. Read moreOn Friday, Nov 4th at approx 5:30pm , we had the RUDEST Girl at the DRIVE THRU window that I have EVER DEALT WITH at your establishment! I encourage management to teach employees about the IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I make a chicken purchase of $60.61 & ask to add 1 SWEET TEA ON to that purchase because I had forgotten it and I was told by the girl at the window “I CAN’T DO THAT, we have a line!”! I could understand if there were 5, 6, 7 cars behind me. HOWEVER, there were 2 cars waiting behind us and none waiting to order or waiting anywhere else! (Circled the building to find out!) I also will NOT be returning to a place of business who values a customer so little!!!!! By the way……we purchase a 25 or 30 tender pack + extras at least once a week for approx $55 - 60! I know I’m only 1 person, but maybe your mgmt can retrain this offensive, LAZY Drive thru attendant before she runs off more off your customers!!!!!!! Kelly Anderson...
