I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Susan C. at Cotton Patch, and she made our dining experience truly unforgettable. While my server was fantastic and kept an eye on our drinks and everything else and even started bringing me out two drinks instead of one because I was drinking my sodas faster than normal they gave me the wrong steak and when I caught the cut being wrong being quite obviously not a ribeye they proceeded to call me a liar they being the supervisor or manager at the time and rather than just take the steak and bring me the right one say okay maybe they made a mistake in the back she argued with me and told me that I was wrong all Ribeyes are different none of them look the same some of them come out really really thin looking like a sirloin and yet magically after I call you on the stake being wrong and showing you that two other steaks that came to the same table were both quite obviously ribeye you then bring out another third ribeye that looks exactly the same as the other two and rather than making sure that it was at least cooked right you brought me out a well done ribeye I will never eat at this Cotton Patch again and I will recommend that anybody who tries to eat at it at the very least make sure you pay attention...

First timers, last timers. But cant be too negative as they were great with us and didnt charge us in the end.

I ordered fish and chips, (stupidly thinking it would be fresh or atleast good quality) the fish was served and was cold in the middle, they re cooked it, but by the time it came the meal was over. The second lot of fish was flavourless and slushy. Def frozen and watery.

When we were served I questioned where my chips were? I was told the fish and sides was 'how it came'. I questioned that 'fish and chips' should come with both fish and chips and two sides... the waitress went and got chips for me with no problems, just seemed weird.

Hubby got the tacos, he was happy, although the tacos were fried not soft as he had expected.

The sides were delicious.

Staff were courteous and polite, and the general experience was not bad, just the fish! Stay away from fish and youl probably be OK.
