I ordered 2 beefy five layer burritos through the mobile app for lunch so I could grab it and go. That's the whole damn purpose of the app. I even get the notification saying " our order is ready.......only it WAS NOT. When I arrived, THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON IT!! FOR 2 BURRITOS!! There was no "grab and go" to it. The guy working the counter asked if I had a mobile order, which I said yes. He didn't even know that I had a drink with it. IT WAS ON THE DAMN ORDER!!! Because of their stupidity, I had to wait over 15 minutes on a mobile order that should have been ready when I got there...you know, LIKE THE DAMN NOTIFICATION SAID! I would have waited a minute or two even, but this is completely unacceptable for a mobile order that is supposed to be quick and "easy". This has happened TWICE! I blew it off the first time, but not this time. They gave me a few free burittos, which is appreciated, but again, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY LIKE IT SAID !! To top it off, I try to delete my account on the app and it proceeds to tell me that they won't delete the account until 90 days since you're last order?! This company will not get a penny more...

Then asked for plenty of mild sauce to go with it- this order was a total of 14 tacos and a few other things……she gave us 6 sauce packets. Read moreI recently had a frustrating experience with the mobile app, which was not working correctly and prevented my from placing my order. I was unable to place my order on the app and the specials offered from within the mobile app are not able to be checked at at the restaurant per their employee. Additionally, the staff member I spoke to was not very helpful in resolving the issue. This led to my family and I leaving and going elsewhere. I suggest improving the app's functionality and training staff to handle issues more effectively.
