China a Go Go — Restaurant in Henderson

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, but I ordered through UberEats, I didn’t get several items in my order. I told the Uber person, he said, sorry this is all they gave me, I called the restaurant and just simply asked if I could have the missing items delivered to me, the restaurant admitted to the mistake. I was told that no, they couldn’t and I had to go through Uber eats, which everyone knows you can not talk to an actual person, it automatically gives you a refund of the missing items without the option of getting the food you wanted. I tried to explain they to the person I was on the phone with at the restaurant, still adamant that he couldn’t help me. Found this odd because this has happened before and they were able to accommodate me.

Alright, so I got my entire meal refunded and a credit to UberEats, so you actually did me a favor with your poor customer service. Foods great though, ordered here all the time, maybe new staff or something. Won’t order moving forward though don’t want to keep paying for food/drinks I’m not receiving and Ubereats will eventually stop refunding me if they keep messing up...

I used to like this place... I really did... I ordered at least once or twice every other week ordering average 50 dollars per order... I recently ordered through an app they provided and worked with. Beyondmenu. I ordered a lot of things to be left with loss of appetite of biting into a lot of egg shells.. when I say a lot I mean.. a lot. I am very understanding and reasonable so I tried to accept that accident happen and maybe they just dropped the whole egg including the shell and must have forgotten to pick the egg shells out...... I decide to call the restaurant. With a calm voice I stated to explain the reason why I was calling and as I started stating there were a lot of egg shells in all my food tge lady decides to say ok. Thank you ... And hangs up the phone..... Wow... I mean just wow. I have attached photos to provide the food. I posted only 2 pictures because of the other food was already thrown out. There were a lot of eggs shells and when brought up to their attention. They hang up the phone... bbb complaint filing will definitely be...

My team ordered today and to our dismay, one of the dish we ordered came in incorrectly. The restaurant refused to fix their mess up. We ordered New York style chow mein. Upon inspecting the order, we received 3 packages of wonton strips. We reached out to the restaurant to inform them and they insisted that what we got were chow mein. It was almost an insult because this isn’t the first time we’ve ordered the dish. I attached a picture of what came in and what the place is calling “chow mein”. The dish was $11 and we couldn’t even eat it properly as the very thing on the name of the dish which is chow mein we’re not given and the restaurant called the wonton strips chow mein. If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s very upsetting. A member of our team went back to let them know and they insisted that what we got is chow mein when they gave us wonton strips. It is as if the place doesn’t know what they are serving. It’s a shame. DO NOT ORDER...
