Let me start by saying that my visit to this establishment was an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I ordered two pizzas and was told it would be about an hour. Fine, I thought, good pizza takes time. I returned in 50 minutes to check on my order, only to be met with the kind of nonchalant indifference that sets the stage for disaster. “It’s in the oven,” they said. “About 8 minutes.”
What followed was not 8 minutes. It wasn’t even 18 minutes. It was a Kafkaesque journey into customer service hell. Twenty minutes later, as I watched people who ordered after me happily walking away with their pizzas, I asked for an update. This is when they dropped the bombshell: they gave my order away to someone else. Their solution? A rushed refund and the promise to remake my pizzas.
What arrived next was an insult to pizza everywhere. These pies were sloppily thrown together, as if assembled by someone who had just learned what pizza is. The crust was undercooked and gummy, the toppings scattered in what can only be described as a culinary crime scene. At that point, I had already endured enough, but the cherry on this disastrous sundae came as I stood there, fuming and watching their food handling practices—or lack thereof.
The person boxing pizzas was using the same gloves for everything: handling cash, touching the register, grabbing beers, and then diving right back into boxing food. Meanwhile, the cooks in the back seemed to think gloves and hairnets were optional. Newsflash: they’re not. I couldn’t unsee the bare hands touching every ingredient and the hairnets that were conspicuously absent.
To say this place is a disaster would be an understatement. They failed at timeliness, quality, and the most basic standards of cleanliness. If you value your time, your money, or your stomach, avoid this place like the plague it seems determined to spread.

Read moreWe eat out often and tried this place for the 1st time today. Not going back. Atmosphere is decent, small clean space. Server was friendly-trained but made an underhand comment after I flagged her down to place our pizza order.
Server had taken our appetizer order and said she’ll turn in the order to get it started. We tried to tell her we knew what else we wanted, but she said she’d be back. The table next to us arrived after us and I noticed that their server had already taken their order, so I start wondering when our server will be back to take the rest of our order. That’s why I flagged her down when I saw her. When our server finally came back, she tried to remained polite even though her comment translated into something rude that may have been interpreted as, “I better take your order now so you don’t have to worry about not getting it place since that seems to be so important to you”. Not the exact words but implying that that we were unnecessarily impatient. Well, she got our order wrong and it was really just one Spice Honey Pepperoni pizza (I think she got confused with how my husband originally just wanted jalapeños on half and have the honey on the side not on the pizza). Well, the pizza came with honey on the whole pizza and with some also on the side, so I wasn’t able to enjoy it.
Anyway, this is probably a one off because the other reviews are good and the people at the table next to us really loved their pizza. I must’ve irked the server when I flagged her down when she was busy (my apologies for wanting to be prioritized before the people that came in after us); and I probably would’ve liked the pizza had the honey just been on the side and not on the pizza. So I guess I’d still recommend for people to try it and judge for themselves.

Read moreThey have the dough down. The crust is crispy and thin where it matters but provides flavor and support for the generous toppings on your slice or pie. The staff are super friendly almost reminds me of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The wings are juicy and the seasoned buffalo sauce used is very unique in flavor in a good way. They could be a little crispier but that's just my preference but they were definitely delicious. It's a small brick oven pizza joint but they are pumping out huge flavor. I will be back but just know they have not unseated a few other greats in the valley for best slice or pie but they are in the top 10 which is not hard to do in LV since most places are churning out pizza hut level slices.
Beer is on deck with a a dozen or more choices but wine is still in the works. If you bring your own wine it's a $10 cork fee. Staff just make this place a place you want to return to.
Again it's super small and seats maybe 20-25 but at that point good luck with moving around. So get in early or...
