I really hate to leave this review for Prosecco. The food is always amazing and fairly priced. However, this review is for the service.
We went to lunch at Prosecco last week and the service was dreadful. It was a weekday afternoon around 1 pm, and there were only two tables occupied inside the restaurant. There was one table occupied on the patio. So a total of three tables in all, and a total of five customers being served.
Two women were responsible to take care of service. The shorter of the two women was our server. She was extraordinarily inattentive to us, even though she only had two other tables with three people to take care of. We had to repeat our order several times until she got it right. Then the server did not check on us during our meal at all. When we needed a refill of our drinks, we had to shout across the small restaurant to finally get her attention! (She had been chatting with the men at the other table.) It's really pathetic that this woman couldn't provide great service, considering that the place was nearly empty.
Our tip reflected our dissatisfaction.
I really enjoy the food at Prosecco, but am hesitant to ever go back. Service can make or break an experience.
To Prosecco Management, please address these issues with your team. We have plenty of choices on Eastern Avenue and will move on to Tuscany Grill or Gaetanos. I'm sorry to say that, but it's true.
Please note that other reviews mention poor service, including Ralph’s recently. It’s shocking to me that management has not fixed the issue. Does management value its patrons? If so, please acknowledge our concerns and fix the problem.
A Prosecco Management, vi preghiamo di affrontare queste problematiche con il vostro team. Abbiamo molte alternative su Eastern Avenue e, in caso contrario, ci rivolgeremo a Tuscany Grill o Gaetano’s.

Read moreYou do not have to travel to Venezia when there is Prosecco Italian Kitchen in Las Vegas. I lived in the Veneto region of Italy (Padova) and Prosecco Italian Kitchen stirs up the many memories of the delicious northern Italian cuisine. We started out with their bread and butter. The bread is baked fresh that day and is served with tamponade made from (olives, anchovies, olives oil, salt, pepper, garlic). The bread is also served with walnut and balsamic butter. It was so scrumptious, paired with my Tobin James Cab from Paso Robles I could have just ate bread and butter for dinner. The appetizer chosen was the zucchini blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and ricotta cheese deep fried in a tempura batter. They were sitting on top a small pool of roasted red pepper sauce with a drizzle of pesto. I can’t describe this any better than pillows of heaven. For the entree, I choose the duck ragu pappardelle. Their pasta is home made and if you have never eaten home made pasta, you have truly missed out on one of lives simple pleasures. The ragu sauce was something that an Italian grandmother was cooking for hours making her home made gravy. When we travel to Las Vegas, we always have to visit Prosecco Italian Kitchen. Chef Danielle is so kind and hospitable. My husband and him reminisce about when they first met at a motorcycle show and Danielle was selling his delicious Italian sub sandwiches at the show. I almost forgot, we ate the Ruby salad. The salad was definitely large to share between 2 people. The salad was also fantastic with mixed greens, walnuts, orange and red beets, goat cheese, and a delicious dressing that enhanced the flavor of the salad without it over powering the other flavors. We ordered tiramisu to go. It was nicely placed in a plastic container as if it was made in the container. The creaminess of the marscapone cheese and the coffee liquors were so wonderful! I am so sorry again, I get so carried away that I just want to eat the food while its hot and I forget to...

It's easy to miss but its conveniently tucked in an outdoor mall near Vons, UPS, dry cleaning and Chase bank.
We were pleasantly suprised with the high quality food, authentic taste, careful presentation and warm family atmosphere.
Wonderful authentic Italian cuisine with Italian chef and staff. Imported cheeses and meats. House made dishes, pastas and desserts. The bread is locally sourced from an Italian bakery.
We delighted in their house bread, lentil soup, rocket salad, margherita pizza, chicken piccata, tiramisu and cappuccino.
The rosemary bread was warm and came with a fragrant olive oil and herb dip. The lentils (daily soup) were tender and well seasoned. The rocket salad had fresh arugula, balanced sweet balsamic vinegarette, and fresh shaved cheese. The crust on the pizza was light and crispy. The mozzarella was topped with a burrata dollop and fresh basil. The chicken piccata was tender and not over breaded. The sauce was light and buttery, not over acidic, with just the right amount of capers. It was accompanied by an al dente spaghetti with delicate house marinara. The tiramisu espresso and mascarpone were balanced and complemented the cappuccino.
We are excited to visit their other restaurant on Eastern, Prosecco.
This is our new favorite spot. Say Hi to Racquel and Maria...
