Love love love!!! There are so many things about this place this place that I fell in love with. If you are a Broadway fan and love sweets, this place is definitely for you! My sister and I came in on a Sunday 2 weeks ago around noon-ish, and it wasn't busy, which was nice. This was our first time here, and the second we stepped in, our hearts sang. We were greeted right away and given time to browse the different cupcake options. They do custom cakes and cupcakes, but we came in to try the flavors they had available for the day. There were different cakes out with Broadway designs that were truly beautiful. For cupcakes, I went with:

The Big Apple cupcake (apple spice cake, apple pie filling, and bourbon buttercream) The Lemon Minelli (lemon filled vanilla cake with lemon cream cheese frosting) The Spotlight (coconut cake with coconut buttercream) The West End (Earl Grey tea cake with blueberry buttercream).

Woooooooweeeeeee, they were gooooood! All of them, really good! The Earl Grey (west end) cupcake was amazing! That one was my absolute favorite, followed by the coconut, then the apple, and then the lemon. I split them all with my husband, which I am sad about because I wanted them all. They have lots of different flavors, and I was having a hard time choosing, but I feel like it will be so good no matter what you get. They were all wonderfully sweet but not overpowering. It was $3.50 per cupcake, so I spent around $16 with tip. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors because if these 4 were that good, I can't wait to try everything else!

Cupcakes are tasty, parking is abundant, and the prices are pretty reasonable for the great flavors. This place is definitely top of mind now for any entertaining I need to do and if I ever need a fancy cake. Everyone should check...

I cannot tell you how impressed I was working with Jared and the staff at Showboy. I refuse to go to Freed's. Overpriced and average. Showboy? Spectacular and some of the best cake my wedding guests have ever had. Their words but you could see it on their faces.

I ordered a wedding cake, a Groom's cake, personalized sugar cookies with my engagement photo on them, and two gluten free cupcakes. Their prices were so competitive and for the talent and artistry I got, I cannot rave about them more.

I did most of my planning through email with Jared. I never stepped into the shop although my bridesmaid and one of my groomsmen picked up cakes on different days and had very easy and pleasurable experiences with the staff.

I was able to pay for everything over the phone and everything was a hit. I no longer need to worry about where to go to get my custom cakes made. I am a customer for life.

We ordered a small, simple cake for our "eloupment." In placing our order, we picked the flavors of cake and frosting. We weren't sure what decorating we wanted, so we asked them if we could leave that left up to them. They agreed so we told them the colors of our flowers. (How did they know what "peachy pink" is? But that is how my fiancee , umm, wife described it). The design was left up to them.

The cake was ready when we picked it up on the big day: it was beautiful and delicious! It looked even better than it does in the picture, and it really did match our colors, too! (The flowers on the right are part if the wedding, the green flowers are not.)

The work on the cake including the flowers and texturing on the sides was fantastic.
