Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Henderson

The service at this place has never been great but today it was terrible. We waited forever for our waitress to help us and then we waited forever for our drinks. We ordered our pizzas and then waited forever for that. Mind you, there were two tables seated at this point. Ours which was a table of four and another which was a table of two. We asked for refills on tea and were bluntly told that they were out. Not that they were making more, only that they were out. We had to ask three more times before we were told that they were making more and she did not start making the tea until the third time we asked. When she did bring our refills she unceremoniously slammed them on the table and walked away without a word. Then when she brought our straws for our cups she dropped them on the table without even looking at us. When she brought our tickets, she threw them on the table and said rudely “the drinks have been taken off” with a snide look on her face. Our experience at this location was extremely unprofessional. We ordered regular breadsticks and garlic bread with cheese, clarifying the quantity of the garlic bread, but the server brought cheese breadsticks instead. When I politely went to the front to address the mistake, another lady immediately became defensive and dismissive, insisting that was what we ordered. I tried to explain what we actually wanted and asked her to check the pizza order as well, since the server had already messed it up before. She responded with attitude, saying, “I’m sure she got it right,” rather than professionally verifying the order. As I walked away, I overheard them gossiping about the situation, and the server even crumbled the receipt in frustration while the lady told her to calm down. I have never given a bad review but after more than one time of horrible food i really couldnt let it slide. So about a month ago we ordered 2 pizzas and neither had sauce and one had a topping missing. Well we got ahold of someone at the store about it, after an hour of trying, and they gave us a credit. OK so I didn't hold that against them. We went and got some more tonight and this time it had sauce but literally so little that if you didn't see it by the crust you wouldn't have known that. It was like eating cheese bread and the grease was so much that it dripped of the pizza. I honestly don't know what's going on with them because it use to be one of the best places in town to eat.
