Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Henderson

5.1.22 - Waited in "long..." drive-thru line & getting food, took apprx 40 mins +. I placed 2 Orders: 1) #8 Chic Strip Basket Combo w/Reg Fries, & Med Strawberry Fountain Drink; 2) Kids Burger Meal w/Cheese, Fries, Sweet Tea, & FREE Ice Cream Sandwich. Once I approached the driv-thru window for "order confirmation" & pymnt..., the male that took my Ord & repeated it back to me..., screwed the Kids Meal up!! For some reason or another..., he had keyed the "Kids" Cheeseburger, into a big, Regular Cheeseburger Combo meal. After repeating my orig. ORD's to the Cashier, and having her to Correct it..., they had me pull fwd to the lil window & wait - seems like eternity (another 15/18 mins). Once they passed the sacked food to me out the lil window..., I "checked" the contents ... glad I did!! Then, I had to beat/pound on the lil glass window, to get someone's attention!! Finally, the inexperienced male Order taker came to the lil window. I expressed-- that they forgot to give/bag the FREE Ice Cream Sandwich!! Once he fetched it (apprx., another 5 min wait), I was able to leave. After all the long wait & frustration..., the Chic Strips & Fries..., were "overcooked" & hard ... not the usual golden brown!!🤦 Smh.... I was wondering if you could help me get in touch with the owner of the DQ in Terrell. The reviews are terrible and have been for a while. Here is my review after visiting tonight. Absolutely infuriating experience!

I would give a Zero if I could! This place is horrible!! Waited 20 minutes plus for a small dip cone. When it finally arrived my husband was almost done with his blizzard. The dip cone did not have a hard shell. It was barely covered with chocolate. Tasted terrible! They gave me a medium thinking that would make me happy, it didn't. I took it back to the counter and the person ‘acting like he was working’ told me he couldn't give me a refund because they made what I ordered. I left!

I wanted to also mention there was not a single clean table in the place! Every table had some level of grossness. I also had to listen to the guy that was supposed to be making my dip cone explain to his girlfriend why he didn't have any money even though he just got paid! You should be ashamed to call this place...

We went through drive thru on our way home and we ordered nachos, a belt buster, and two combos with a belt buster and triple buster... we spent 30 dollars alone on the combos... we come home and our fries are cold and hardlike the had been setting there for hours, burger wasn't made right and was cold and the nachos were soggy and the cheese was cold... we also waited a while in drive thru thinking our food was gonna be fresh.... I called and spoke with the night manager and he told me to bring the food back and he would remake it.... first of all it was right at closing time and was pouring rain and I live outside of town and I told him that and he just said well what do you want me to do.... I told him it needed to be fixed with as much as I paid I shouldn't be eating cold food... he just said ok I will let them know... I'm gonna call and talk to the store manager in the morning hopefully it's a better...
