Today the long awaited grand opening of the Inspirada location pealed open its doors. As one can image the parking lot was packed with cars.
This location sits adjacent to the future site of the upcoming casino slated for construction in the coming years. This site like the other (9) in Nevada offers a fun filled atmosphere where you’ll enjoy draft beers, cocktails and all the classic bar foods you’ve come to know and love.
The diverse menu offers other items that you might not find at similar establishments but rather in restaurants. Some of these dishes include appetizers like, Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Ahi Poke Stack, Stuffed Sourdough Cracked Bread with Fresh Spinach Cheese Dip and entrees such as, Blackened Cowboy Ribeye, Sesame Crusted Atlantic Salmon and Beer Battered Fish & Chips. And for you burger lovers there’s a vast selection from the classics to a build your own burger. There are also several soups and salads available.
I ordered the Ahi Poke Stack, BBQ Pork Belly Burger and the Chicken Caesar Salad. I figured with the crowds my order would take longer than normal. So, I wasn’t expecting fast service. However, What was impressive and a bit surprising was Rachel who was working behind the bar came over and provided me an update on my order. Her taking the time to do this without me asking demonstrated excellent customer service. Shortly, thereafter the food arrived. The burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasted great as did the Ahi Poke. I highly recommend them.
The dining area is spacious and can accommodate large groups. The tables are large and the decor blends in well. The large horseshoe style bar has TV’s allowing you to enjoy a meal while watching different sporting event. Live music is also played for your enjoyment. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. If the food and service remains at this level, I’m sure this will be a spot locals will want to frequent.
My one suggestion would be to incorporate different genres of music to appeal to a wider demographics ie… Jazz, rock, reggae, Latin etc….
Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience and will definitely be back.
I decided to return the next day for lunch and I must say, the food was very flavorful. The crab cakes and the chicken quesadilla were great. Our bartender Jewels did a good job. She was friendly and very personable. I’m seriously considering putting this spot into my rotation of...

Update on review. We have been there to the restaurant a handful of times. Our last visit was the worse. The waitress stood talking, socializing, shooting the bull, even saying to another table (that came in after us by the way) "oh we've been so busy with just one waitress" She was saying this to a obvious repeat customers table or friends of hers for over 6 minutes, probably more like 8 minutes while two other tables waited for their orders to be taken including ours. We sat just looking at her across the room while she was chit chatting. That was more important to her than the other two tables waiting for their "initial orders" being taken.
Our table and the other table had not been served even with drinks as she chit chatted away. The person I was with asked me "should we just leave". We tried to wave to her, cleared our throats and she continued just talking away about, how are you, how has things been, etc. We could hear the conversation and it had nothing to do with service, ordering or restaurant's activities. When the waitress finally came to our table she could see our displeasure in our faces. She gave us some slight attitude when taking our order. She finally serviced the other table and you could see their faces and hear their remarks about the wait also which should never have happened. Experiencing this we like the food but will now not service their location as often as we would have. ...
