Griddlecakes — Restaurant in Henderson

Two friends and I visited Griddlecakes at the Inspirada location last week. It's in the neighborhood so we thought we'd try it. It's a cute place with an incredible view. We could see the mountains, the Strip, and the Sphere. It also has a parking lot.

I ordered the "Make Your Own Griddlecakes" option with a Single Lemon Blueberry Pancake and made it a combo with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 sausages. The pancake was tasty and came with a delicious blueberry sauce on the side. It was also big. I took some home and enjoyed the next morning.

One friend ordered the Signature Creation Monkey Business. She really enjoyed it. It was a beautiful creation. I had a bite and it was tasty.

My other friend got the ABC Skillet. She thought it was delicious. The home fries were excellent.

Good coffee and plenty of refills but I didn't love it.

Our servers were super-friendly and helpful.

Now the first time I ordered from this location the food was great. I ordered around 10 . I ordered a steak breakfast, steak was supposed to be well done it more like medium well, I asked for an extra egg with cheese and onion made into a omelette that was not done, I asked for my burger to be well done with swiss cheese that was not done. I always tip but one thing a lot of these restaurants need to make sure is that their cooks are reading the order tickets and that they are consistent. Nice, local breakfast spot in Henderson. Food was flavorful and tasted great. The pancakes were light and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. The wings were “much” smaller than I’m accustomed to and somewhat resemble “chicken nuggets.” However, they were good. They were cooked perfectly, (lightly, not crispy or hard), and weren’t greasy or oily. The dining area is sufficient size and can accommodate large groups.
