The manager here is the worst ever! I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts, and I never seen the disrespect of this type of manager. There’s a reason why this place only has two stars. It’s definitely because of poor management. It’s so sad that the workers outshine the management here because they truly enjoy their job unlike her. She’s just there for a paycheck. And it shows! Every time I go in there and ask her to make my bacon well done she tells me there’s only one setting. Yet, I can go to any Dunkin’ Donuts all over the city including this location and everyone can do it exactly the way I like it. I’m the customer, I’m right and I’m paying for it!! Why don’t you just do it the way I like it. It saddens me that I have to write a review like this. Why can’t people just do their job. She should be let go and have the other employees that work there run this place. And then you will see better reviews come in. Plus more people returning. She never smiles. She never says hello and she’s always got like this attitude on her face. And every time I ever went in there she’s always on her phone. After I took a bite of my sandwich and I went back in to complain about my sandwich. I was told by the other employee not her it was made correctly so they will not make it again. She saw me coming in from the camera and told the employee to tell me that. Why would she say that to her??!! Because she knew I would complain it was not done right. She was guilty! Remember, I go in there every single day, and everyone knows exactly how to make my sandwich, but she has a problem with it. My bacon needs to be well done I can’t have it fatty. It makes me sick and sours my stomach. Now all day I have a sour stomach because of her lack of interest in her job. They absolutely lost my business. I will go to a different location who care about returning customers! I will never return to this location ever again! YOU WERE WARNED!!
I will say that Jenna is the best of the best. She makes sure that my experience is one to remember. She goes beyond to make sure that the service that she provides exceeds my expectations. This is the person that every type of business needs to bring back the old days of customer service that is sadly lost these days. Thank you again Jenna. So sorry you have to work with someone like that. Don’t let her steal your joy or doing what you do best that make this business have some...
Read moreNow normally, this should be a higher rating, I've gone to this location consistently for 2 years now (regularly enough that some employees recognize me by my voice at the drive thru) and have always received pretty good service.
The reason for today's low rating is due to a strange incident I had in the drive thru, an employee complained to me about the way I make my mobile orders.
I always make my mobile order sometime before the intersection next to this location, and I've never had a complaint before. Sometimes, if I can, I make the order sooner, other times right at the light. The app warns me Im too far away if I try to make the order much sooner.
The employee complained to me and I was told to make my order earlier so they "actually have time to make the order" or to order through drive thru instead. I dont understand the issue. What difference does it make if I order a few minutes ahead if drive thru is a viable option when it comes to the speed at which they make my order? Surely if I mobile order 2 minutes ahead of arriving at the drive thru, that is essentially the same as ordering at the drive thru? There were no cars behind me today, I checked, so I don't believe I was creating an issue with their system. I dont understand the complaint with me. An explanation would have been appreciated and I wouldn't be making this review. What wasn't appreciated was the annoyance and frustration with me that was apparent despite smiling at me. I work in customer service, I know what it looks like.
I'll reverse my review when I get an explanation as to why how I order is an issue. Until then, I'll take my business to the Starbucks...
Read moreI really do like their iced Matcha with the different flavors you can add, but the last three times I have gone there was so much ice in the first 2 cups that I could barely push my straw through and I was able to finish my drink almost right after leaving the parking lot… so the third time I went, I asked them for light ice, and there was an inch or more of empty space in the top of the cup, and I asked them to at least fill it to the top since I paid for the large drink and all they did was add a scoop of ice… so I called and asked for the manager and the district manager Jesse there said that with Dunkin’s policy the latte, iced or hot, come within a certain predetermined amount and they cannot add to it. So that is why they fill the cup with ice first and then they pour the drink in after, they aren’t allowed to fill the cup with the correct amount of liquid that you pay for. She tried to make it better, I will agree, and was very nice but I’m not going to waste anymore money or time there. I will just continue to go to Starbucks instead. They at least fill my cup all the way, or majority of the way with drink and a little bit of ice so that way you get what you...
