Hardee’s — Restaurant in Henderson

This place is a completely different restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I stop here and get a biscuit for breakfast every once in a while and the person at the drive thru is just as happy as they can be, they ask you how you're doing, and tell you to have a nice day. At lunch every day there are the same 1-3 "managers" who could not look more angry that you're there. I went through the drive thru at lunch today and the manager, yes a manager, that was working the window literally did not turn around to face me once. I pulled up to the window where her hand was waiting for my money, she gave me my card back and my food without looking at me or saying one word to me. Didn't even turn around. Her back was to me the whole time. She was too busy gossiping with another woman working inside. Didn't acknowledge my existence. This is someone that was hired to be a MANAGER. If I owned this restaurant I would be embarrassed by the job those 3 are doing while they're there. It's a shame because the food is usually pretty good. The service is just pathetic. Act like you want my business when I'm there to give...

Absolutely pathetic. It's like they are mad at me for being a customer...is it because I'm white? The employees could not be more rude and pathetic if they tried. They are not earning their $7.25/hour. Even the manager is rude and angry for no apparent reason. All I wanted to do was give them money...I didn't even complain about anything.

The food is good, but only after you wait a half hour for it, and deal with stupid/angry employees. Not worth it. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or inside, or what time of day it is...you can always expect bad service. The worst possible service. It's like they train to scare customers away as quickly as possible...

In addition, the restaurant is in pretty poor condition. Run down and dirty. The sign is usually advertising a sale on Hickburgers or Heeseburgers. Where is the option to give them...

I popped in here because I got off I-85 at the wrong exit while traveling back to VA. After driving around and trying to figure out where I was I needed a restroom break. I saw the Hardee's sign, pulled in here and ended up staying for lunch.

It was mid-afternoon and there was maybe one other customer in the dining room. I ended up ordering a burger combo at the counter. The staff was friendly and the place was extremely clean. Tables were clear and wiped down, etc.

My Western Bacon Cheeseburger was excellent along with the piping hot french fries and iced tea. You couldn't ask for more. So fortunately, if I hadn't made a mistaken and hopped off the interstate early, I wouldn't have come across...
