Mama's Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

I was bummed when i found out the $4.79 catfish sandwich is only Thursday through Sunday because it is one of the best in Henderson or Evansville. So I ordered the 7 dollar Stromboli. The wait was a little longer than i wanted, but there are two tv's and the diner is clean and cool. The strombolis came out and i was slightly thinking something negative because Mamas doesn't use the fluffy frech bread Evansville is used to. Instead I had a low profile sour dough bread, probably 3.5 inches wide or wider, in a serving 2 people could have eaten. Not gonna lie, it was really good. It was different too. I must preface review with, I travel a lot and order in a lot. The pizza ranks way at the bottom of my list. I ate 2 pieces. They call it cheese sticks but it it is dough with cheese. It was ok.
