WOW!! What chaos. I go in to grab a late lunch early dinner. Line for drive through is 20 cars deep. Couldn't get help from a real person so I try to use kiosk. It is broken. Go to next kiosk. It takes my credit card but no receipt. Go to counter to ask young man if my order went through since I have no receipt. He says no. đ I tell him my order and give him order number that flashed on screen. He said it didn't go through. I then see on screen behind him that it did go through. Not gonna argue with him. He walks away. Next employee comes by and I let her know receiptt tape is out on the working kiosk. I get an eye roll and an "ok" that really means what do you want me to do about it. I go to wait for food. There is at least 1 illegal transaction going down in the lobby. Look around again, dude comes in to fill his V8 JUICE bottle with soda. You know the big half gallon size bottles. Yeah...that one. He fills bottle and casually wipes it down while on his phone blocking the machine from other customers. Next transaction going down is a cell phone for cash deal. Weird but ok. Young man comes back over to me to tell me the order did go through. Nice! Another customer asks the woman behind the counter a question, she gets a snappy answer and an eye roll. Couldn't hear the question or exact answer but the tone and body language are loud and clear. Finally get my food and get out quick before anything else goes down. What happend McDonald's? Did customer service not get a place in training? Are your employees so over worked they can't be nice? Are hiring skills not important...any warm body will do to fill a spot? I don't understand the diminished ability to provide a service. Please help me figure out the horrible experience I just had. If we have to use a kiosk to order at least keep it in working order AND CLEAN. Nothing like wanting to shower in Purell after touching it. Maybe a manager or 2 on shift to assist and watch the employees actually working with the public. Not impressed at all. Would rather go to any other fast food location from now on if this is what it is like at this location. đ¤...

I decided to finally give up on Mc Donald's. They can't get orders right and there's too much chaos at that restaurant. It's the worst feeling when you walk into this restaurant and know that you are not getting a quality warm, delicious meal because it looks like they're delivering human babies in a chaotic environment. How is it possible to get cold food during their busy times when grills are hot? They don't make burgers right like they did in the past. Workers aren't properly trained for their jobs. They screw up so much that it gets tiring of constantly complaining about their bad food. Employees tend to be immature in handling service complaints.They hold an attitude when they screw up and get mad at you for saying something about it. There's a Manager named Maria, very rude and inconsiderate to customer service complaints. Shes very hard to understand and treats customers with unprofessional service. Im so tired of Mc d lies and deception. They add so much artificial addictive flavor just so you like their food but the food is garbage in reality. Im done!!! Way better burger places out there than Mc ds. Im taking my money elsewhere. So tired of McDonald's BS!!!!!! Im done!!!! IN AND OUT BURGER FROM NOW ON!!!!!! This McDonald's has problems getting orders right. Food is either cold or not the way you order it. Raw uncooked burgers are also an issue here constantly. I Just got one yesterday when I ordered at drive thru. People at drive thru can have attitudes at times when all I'm trying to do is get myself a meal. You're served cold sloppy food and they very rarely get orders right. Employees on grill dont seem to be trained in a way that creates consistency for the final outcome. The inside area always has unhappy people waiting a long time for their food. I've given many chances for this place to get their act together but to no avail so no more business for them on my part. I'm really done with McDonalds this time. I'll be going to In and Out burger from now on.
Lots of businesses are starting to close due to public being sick and tired of places like this taking advantage, will McDonalds be next? It sure looks that way!! Food is so bad here! A frozen burger from 711 is way better than what mcdonalds offers. Enjoy cooking your cold clown burgers. I'm done with childish food and horrible employees!!!!!!!!! You've ruined a lot of people's food and trust!!!!
I just looked at all the reviews this place has and want to apologize. McDonalds does have consistency, but it is consistency in making horrible expensive food. Keep up the good work McDonalds!!!!!!!! Maybe they'll close that McDonalds one day and give us an In and Out burger, a real burger restaurant...
