Placed an Uber order, 40 dollars worth, food for myself, husband, and two children, and they didn’t give me my babies food. We called our driver, and he told us he couldn’t do anything, and to call the store. We called the store and the woman on the phone told us she couldn’t give us our food. We explained it was for our children, and that we received the condiments for it, but no breakfast platters. My husband told her he would gladly go and pick it up but she still said she couldn’t help us. We asked for a manager, and she told us no, and that the manager wouldn’t be able to help us either. We ended up giving our children our food, because we rarely eat out, so they were still happy, but it hurt my husband and I that we weren’t able to get anything out of this fast food restaurant. We contacted Uber and they gave us our money back for those items. I tip very well when it comes to delivery drivers/servers, but today I took the tip back that I gave him. My husband worked for doordash, and when he didn’t get everything to the purchaser, he went back and got it for them, even if it was a hassle. Just wish I could’ve given my babies their hot cakes, and not a sausage...
Read moreIf I could give a negative number I would. The girls working the drive thru are rude, incompetent, and so unwilling to help. Instead of helping they interrupted my husband as he was speaking and talked to him as if he were a child. They weren't trying to be helpful at all. It took our appetite away. He told her that the code from the app and I'm assuming it didn't work. The lack of communication is wild. Then she said, "Like I said refresh the app". Refreshing didn't change the code. As he got to the drive-thru pay window she said well you could have said as he tried to show her the qr code and #. She then proceeded to say her colleague took the order. We lost points and still didn't get our item redeemed. When they gave him our order an item was missing from our original order and she still questioned it after she was the one who told him the specific item was not in the bag. Do better girls. Your customer service is trash and it reflects on the business you work for.
Update: The food was cold and tasted old. Management needs to step in and train the workers...
Read moreAbsolutely awful. 9/20 between 7:10-7:40 PM. The lady taking drive thru orders with black hair in a pony tail yells, “Why are there so many of you on a Tuesday! It’s Tuesday!” Why?!” From the back as she continues to take drive thru orders. Was told to pull up and wait for my food along with 5 other cars, 30 minutes later my food never came. Went inside and they’d given it to someone else (after trying to give me two other orders that weren’t mine). The shift manager in the red shirt was very nice and clearly overwhelmed. I am an operations manager myself and her employee (mentioned above) was just a such a brat after she’d clearly messed up by having everyone park and wait. She does not represent your company well and makes it extremely clear that she’s not interested in the success of the business, as an influx in customers drives her to literally yell about why there are so many people. We see things like this often these days, but someone needs to let her know that’s absolutely unacceptable. The whole situation was but her performance was...
