Ordered to go twice from here, once as a walk-in and yesterday as a pickup through Uber eats.

Overall, very pleased and will definitely come back.

The food - I've only ordered the Dirty Bird which I highly recommend. The menu is extensive and lots of great looking items so hope to try out more in future visits.

If you've read my reviews before, you know I'm a sucker for chicken and waffles and if it's on the menu I'm going to try it. The Dirty Bird is Munchbox's sandwich version of chicken and waffles and it did not disappoint. This is in my top picks of chicken and waffles. Very nicely executed. The waffle is a nice sweet Belgian waffle with juicy chicken tenders so no need to worry about bones. They have bacon egg and jalapeño on this as well. I'm not normally a spicy person but the jalapeños are a great touch and gives this sandwich a nice balance of sweet and spicy. It's a good portion too so hubby and I shared it and was super full afterward.

Since I took it home, I did swap out the maple syrup for the organic Trader Joe's real maple syrup instead of the corn syrup variety that came with.

This time I ordered the Stubborn pineapple cream soda because I saw them heavily promoting this brand on their website and wanted to see what the hype was. The pineapple cream soda was delightful! I try to stay away from sugary drinks but if your Le going to splurge this is a nice option.

The service: people inside seem very nice. The first time they helped us through our order because we wanted to make sure the sandwich didn't have a cheese (it doesn't). There is a kiosk which makes it easy to order if you know what you want which is helpful because it can get very busy and it's a fairly small location. When I came in second time they were also very helpful and when I gave my name pointed to my bag which had already been prepared.

Uber eats: I usually have credits on my Uber eats account from my linked credit card so need to have 1 pick up meal a month before they expire. A lot of places don't offer pick up option so was glad they did and can add Munch Box to my list for that. I also noticed that a lot of places have higher charges for each food option on Uber eats than if you were to use their own app or come in the store (looking at you Shake Shack) so was pleased that it wasn't too far off. The soda was same price as store and dirty bird...

WOW! What an outstanding dining experience!! Yesterday, I took my 96-year-old mother to Munch Box for the first time. Let me preface this by saying that my mother is extremely picky and very hard to please. Due to her age and some medical conditions she has, she must watch her salt intake very carefully. Before we even ordered, I asked one of the employees how much they salted their food. She told me the only thing they add salt to is the French fries, and even then, if you don't want them salted, they won't add any salt. What a relief! So my mom ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich (her favorite!) with the mixed greens salad. I almost fell off my chair when she told me this was the absolute BEST Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich she's EVER had . . . EVER . . . and she wants to come back here on a regular basis!!! I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with the mixed greens salad, and my burger was cooked perfectly, exactly how I ordered it. It was delicious!! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, including the chef, whom I complimented in person for the fantastic food he prepared. This restaurant is not large or fancy, but in my opinion, that is a plus because you get better personalized service and attention. They also provide catering service. You know how people always say that some restaurant they visited was a small, hole-in-the-wall place but the food was unbelievably good? That describes Munch Box exactly! Their prices are very reasonable, their menu is more on the health-conscious side, the employees are very dedicated to providing the best dining experience possible, and the food is exceptional! So if you're looking for a new place to try with fantastic, homemade-quality food, this is definitely the place! Bravo,...

My family and I really enjoyed the food at munch box when we dine at the restaurant. But on 2/15/19 I order sandwiches from munch box through Postmates. However, when I received my order, several items were missing, which I had paid and was deducted from my account. Post mates can only refund $5.00. Which is there normal missing items refund amount. So I called Munch box to let them know my order was incorrect and missing food that I had paid for. The guy that picked up the phone at munch box was not helpful and useless. Point is, Postmates places the order. And munch box gets the order. So munch box is responsible in getting the order CORRECT. You are ripping off your customers this way!!. So today 2/24/19, I’ve decided to give munch box another shot. Screenshot what I order and paid for, and guess what, again... another repeat of items missing. So now I called munbox spoke to a female, she had nothing to say but “ok”, no apologies nothing. I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was busy. She will have manager return my call ... waited and NO PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER!!

The owner should look into the people that looks at the order and hold the staff accountable for their poor...
