I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hiroba Sushi, and I must say it was an excellent experience overall. Hiroba Sushi is a charming little restaurant tucked away in a bustling corner of the city. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the cozy ambiance immediately put me at ease.
One of the highlights of Hiroba Sushi is undoubtedly their extensive menu, offering a wide variety of sushi options. Whether you're a fan of traditional rolls or adventurous enough to try something new, there's something for everyone here. The sushi chefs at Hiroba demonstrate remarkable skill and precision as they create each piece of sushi, and it's evident that they take great pride in their craft.
The quality of the ingredients used in Hiroba Sushi is exceptional. The fish is fresh and beautifully presented, with a vibrant color that hints at its freshness. The rice is perfectly seasoned, striking the right balance of sweetness and acidity. Each bite is a delightful combination of flavors and textures that truly satisfies the palate. The restaurant also offers vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that all diners can find something to enjoy.
The service at Hiroba Sushi deserves praise as well. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They are more than happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences and dietary restrictions. Despite the restaurant being busy during my visit, the waitstaff managed to maintain a high level of efficiency without compromising on the personal touch.
In conclusion, Hiroba Sushi is a hidden gem that offers an outstanding sushi dining experience. From the friendly staff to the impeccable quality of the ingredients, every aspect of the restaurant contributes to a memorable meal. If you're a sushi lover looking for a top-notch sushi spot in the city, Hiroba Sushi is definitely...
Read moreToday, Dec 2023: Used to come here at LEAST 2x/week for the past 2 years but recently, prices have increased more than 50% while service went down 110%. Waited for ONE ROLL for more than 30 mins while 6 other tables got their orders. Try finding another place if you're hungry and don't drive all the way if you don't live nearby. From 5 stars to 2.5 stars. Used to always give a lot of tips but lately, just TIPS OF THE DAY on how not to screw over loyal customers.
Feb 2021: Favorite hole-in-wall spot in America. My boyfriend will not give other Japanese places a chance now because he says we already found the best and it would be a waste of time to even try other places đ 𤣠The prices are so low that we ALWAYS order too much and have 2 to 3 rounds of meal time just because we can. The taste of every type of dish in their menu is AMAZING and FRESHER THAN FRESH (if there ever was such a thing). The service is impeccable - Park is the most attentive host, but everyone else is also always on their feet and ready to serve before you even ask them. The glasses are always filled with water (sometimes, we don't even notice when they come by!) and we are always asked if we need anything more. The food comes to your table in literally less than 5 minutes and it is beautifully presented. I sometimes wonder how service is quick when the place is always full! We come here almost every week since we first set foot in this place. I suggested to try this place with my boyfriend and he wasn't that excited, but now, he reminds me every week that we need to go again. If I could give more than 5...
Read moreApparently we had a rare, horrible experience that was such a turn off we'll never be back. We sat at 7pm, ordered at 7:10pm which consisted of spicy garlic edamame, screaming o, and 5 rolls. At 7:50pm all we had gotten was the edamame. The waiter came over, apologized, and asked if we wanted anything from the back of house while we waited. Mind you, COUNTLESS to-go/Door Dash orders have been going out and as he was over you could see all the sushi chefs had boxes in their hands preparing those orders. Between the edamame and when the waiter came over at 7:50, no one had said a word or even came over to our table. Our order was apparently still going to take awhile to come out according to the waiter, but here's the kicker. When whoever was in charge came over we said we've been waiting over 45 minutes and nothing, his response was the Door Dash orders have been waiting an hour. Wow. Ok. Absolute poor customer service. They were extremely overwhelmed and couldn't handle it and unfortunately those that chose to patron inside the restaurant suffered. We asked for the check and to cancel the rolls because it was absolutely insane that we'd still have to wait at least 20 more minutes according to the waiter. The manager or whoever was in charge did tell us to just go ahead and leave and not worry about paying for our edamame. It's a shame because from all the reviews the food sounds amazing, highly recommend if you want to try just go ahead and Door Dash it instead, that's where their...
