Tried to order the "on-line special through my computer. I was going to pick it up but when I went to checkout from my device it put a delivery charge. I called into the store and was told by a team member that they did not know what to do and told me he would get a manager. I waited on hold for about 10 min then decided to just drive over there. I was still on hold when about 15 min into the call the "manager" Logan answered. Told her that I was walling in the store. Walked in the store and she acted like me waiting on hold for around 15 minutes was in some way, normal. I understand if this was at 5/6/7 in the evening, but no, it was at 3:30 in the late afternoon. Anyway just pretty disappointing with the overall experience. No apology, No concern at all for wasting my time being on hold (15 min or more) . I DO NOT get paid to be there, team members and management however do. I will be reaching out to the owner, Ken and letting him know who is representing his business. There are MANY other pizza places around this area, Angelinas in seven Hills, Joeys in Henderson, etc...... Please do yourself a favor and just try another pizza place before coming to Pizza Hut on...

When the pizza was delivered; my mother asked the deliverer how much she owed him and he didn't mention that it was already paid for, instead he told her that it was located on the bottom of the receipt. She handed him cash/signed for the pizza (unknowing that it was paid for already) and he left with pizza that was paid for twice. How did the driver not know that it wasn't already paid for; why ,when she handed him $25, did he not double check that she intentionally handed him cash for more than what the pizza was worth? But that's not what I'm upset about. When I called the local store this morning, the manager was incredibly rude. He didn't apologize at all, he blamed my mother and said that he can't do anything for us. All I was asking for was a coupon, or a credit for the next pizza we ordered. After waiting almost two hours for dinner, their only resolution was for me to wait another 45 minutes on them to remake the pizzas--so waiting almost three hours and still paying for it, lol.. No thanks. I cancelled the order. Finally, the "Manager" called me back to say they delivered my pizzas. Driver admitted that he delivered to a "corner house." We're in the middle of the block. He allowed some "kid" to commit credit card fraud by signing of on my order. The kid was later described as an adolescent boy. None of those at my house.
