Rounders Bicentennial — Restaurant in Henderson

Beware: bait and switch and innaccurate info on their website... We called today (12/7/2016) to place an order for food. We wanted some wings which, at the time, were advertised at $14.99 for 18 pieces. As we were finishing our order we were surprised to learn that they were going to charge us $18.99 for the 18 wings. The staff member claimed that their website has not been updated to reflect this change. Instead of honoring the prices on their website, they gave us a bunch of insincere apologies. What's more is that the staff member was not going to disclose this to me. I only found out becaude I asked the total for the order. In fact, the staff member was more interested in hurrying me off the phone than addressing the issue of the bait and switch pricing. We ended up canceling our order and going somewhere else. We refuse to pay for unscrupulous business practices. NEVER will we do business with this or any rounders grill! We've attached a copy of the menu where it can be clearly seen that 18 wings cost $14.99 (menu captured on 12/7/2016). The food was actually good. French toast was made a little weird because the bread was entirely too thick even more thick than Hawaiian King bread if you can imagine that. pancakes were large portions were definitely large on everything fresh fruit on the side consisted of pineapple. In a bed of lettuce. Overall The Establishment is clean it is 11:43 so there weren't a lot of people here which was a pleasant surprise because pegs or Egg Works would have been slammed right about now. And there's the fact that it is right by the house so there's not a lot of travel time you know where to get it a pretty good selection of food. Checked over the dinner menu as well and they seem to have a plethora of all types of dishes to select from. Just moved to the neighborhood and Rounders is already my go-to spot. Extremely personable staff all around and very welcoming! Every bartender has made it a priority to ask my name and introduce themselves, all have given excellent service, and engage as much as you personally desire. The food is excellent pub fare with generous portions and some unique elements to each dish as well as reasonably priced. As for the gaming? Ive lived here 2 weeks and have left Rounders with $2400 as well as $11,400!! So Id rate it on par with anyone, with a great players club that frequently awards fun bonus games while you play. Above everything though is simply the atmosphere. You are immediately comfortable in Rounders and both customers and staff are personable and welcoming.
