DO NOT COME HERE! My first time almost eating at this location…I had called to place an order when my partner brought the food out to the car I made sure to check and for 2 meals that cost over $22 I had to immediately go back inside and get a REFUND!! Both meals had very little beans or rise and hardly any cheese on any of it also one of the meals was enchiladas and the sauce from the enchiladas was all over the beans!!!! I don’t know why anyone would come here the owner is very skimpy on the servings it’s absolutely ridiculous if I wanted to give my 2 year old some of the rice or beans I couldn’t because there wasn’t even enough!!! Like I said I’m paying over $22 for what?? In addition the employees are not friendly at all the guy in the back had whispered something to the girl under his breath after she told him I was not happy with my food!!! They didn’t dare take a look at the food in the box either because they knew it was wrong what they had done. This place is really just a waste of your time try to avoid...
Read moreExperience was terrible, food was ok! Cashier & cook made a mistake on my order that I realized when I got home. I called to explain my large order was missing food, they wanted me to pack up all the food and bring it back to them to check the order which was a inconvenience as the food would get cold (and does that make any sense to bring them the entire order back - if I was trying to cheat them wouldn't I just leave an item at home). I asked them to check with the cook to see if he remembered cooking all of my items, they said he wasn't allowed to talk to people. The cashier remembered me but not my order. They argued with me over a $2 missing taco which was very petty. They seemed so cheap about the situation that it makes me wonder what other cheap tactics their taking to stay in business, is that really beef in the burrito? They rather cheat me out of $2 then to keep a customer. I guess the rent is high at this newly developed center and they need every penny they can get, even if it means stealing...
Read moreHit or miss at this place. Always! You never know what you’re going to get. A few of us met at the Roberto’s (on Bicentennial) on Father’s Day. It appeared that the cook got all pushed off when we all walked in. There was only four of us to order food for five people in three separate transactions for take out. The cashier was friendly as usual. We could see the cook throwing things around in the back. Everyone else’s food was good except our carne asada nachos. HORRIBLE. Hardly any neat, beans tossed to one side and very little cheese. Basically just tortilla chips. Can’t wait for Don Tortaco to open just down the street on Volunteer. They have consistently good service AND food. Oh yeah, don’t ever bother bringing the bad food up, the owner doesn’t understand good...
