Rally's — Restaurant in Henderson

Just went to Rally's in Henderson on 41. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. i placed an order which included 2 chili dogs for $6. The person who took my order asked me when I got to the window if I ordered 4 chili dogs or 2 chili dogs. I told her 2. I assumed the price had been adjusted when I told her 2. I received the food where nobody told me what was in what bag. There were 4 people on one order so I wanted to know what was in each bag. I had to ask for the manager to let me know what was in each bag. Then I left but realized that I needed to look at the receipt. I was charged for 4 chili dogs anyway. So i went back and told the manager that I was charged incorrectly. He went back to the register and came back with 2 bills and change. He also said he gave me 2 snack coupons for the trouble. Again, I left and about the same spot I looked at the money. The manager gave me $2.50. The chili dogs were 2 for $6 so that is what I should have gotten back with tax. I was on my way back but my Mom said please don't she would give me the difference. I said ok but it was not about the money. Another item I ordered was 2 rallyburgers with no pickles because I do not like pickles. i got further down the road and my Mom gave me the sandwich. I said now I hope they didn't put pickles on my sandwich. I glanced and there were no pickles that I could see. I kept driving and started eating the sandwich. After a couple of bites, I bit into a pickle. I told my Mom that Rallys better be glad that I was almost home - Evansville, IN. The sandwich was messy so I asked for a napkin. They gave us NO napkins. I got home and I was going to call and tell the manager about the HORRIBLE service but nobody answered the phone. My husband suggested that I send this. By the way he said his chili dogs were nasty. If anyone decides to go there make sure you check your food AND receipt before you leave the window. I am so disappointed...

Worst visit ever!

Saturday, 3:30 pm. One car in front of me in drive through. They place their order and pull up. 5 minutes. I wait at speaker 3 minutes before they take my order for a large strawberry milkshake. I pull up behind car in front of me. I wait another 15 minutes, then car pulls around without order to wIt for them to bring the order out.i pull up to the window. I wait 4 min to pay. Then I wait another 3 min and I am asked to pull around to wait for a milkshake. I counted 5 female and one male employee inside. I asked, I have to pull around and wait for a milkshake? She said ok, I will make it. Then 2 min later she comes back and says I will have to pull around and wIt for my shake. I said no, just refund my money. Then she disappeared for 2 min and another women came to the window and she spent 2 min processing my refund. Then she gives me my money back and acts like nothing was wrong.

This store needs new management and worker training. How hard is it to place a large cup under the shake fixture and pull a lever or push a button until it is filled.

The one that processed my refund could have made the shake faster than processing the refund.

If you can avoid it, do not go to this...
